Car just flunked out on me. No roadside or tow with my insurance so I called the nearest tow company to where I was. I got fast pickup during 5 o'clock traffic! Matt came like Batman, hooked me up, got me & my car to the repair shop with awesome convo and cool air in the cabin. Thank You TowHub

Had the brakes go out on my truck over the weekend. Don’t want it going to an impound lot so called TowHub. Were super prompt and arrived quickly. Matt the driver was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Also helped me with identifying where the brake line was leaking from while he loaded the truck up. Definitely recommend TowHub for any tow jobs you have!

TowHub did a great job delivering a motorcycle for me. The service was very professional and reasonably priced, and everyone from the dispatchers to the drivers were very friendly. The communication was outstanding with text messages, updates, pictures, and they even shared their map with me so I could follow their route and ETA. Matt is a motorcycle rider, and I know he went above and beyond to make sure the bike got to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend using them.

If I could give it more then 5 I would dispatch was easy to work with made it simple ,gave us a clear time they would be there and there driver was there before that time Matt was a amazing driver great personality picked the car up off the side of the highway fast and efficiently and dropped it in the requested spot 10/10 would recommend

I can't say enough about this company and their workers (Casey and Chris) just when I had given up hope, these guys really came through. My son's Audi has been stuck in my driveway for over a month. The system shut down, we couldn't get the emergency break off or even put it in neutral. Other towing places came out and gave up within minutes. I thought that I would never get it to a shop to get repaired. Casey and Chris were very careful not to cause any damage to the car and were able to get it loaded and towed to a shop. They were truly my light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much guys!!!

My car broke down on the highway and while waiting for a tow truck, A TowHub truck stopped and helped me move my broken down car off the highway to a safer area. Totally out of the kindness of his heart and I appreciate it very much! Thank you TowHub!!

The customer service was wonderful and Patrick, the truck operator, was amazing! We had a difficult situation and he took extra time and effort to try to solve our problem. Needing a tow is never ideal, but if I need one again, I will definitely contact this company!

These guys did a great job backing down a narrow road into a very limited access area and loading my truck quickly. The cost for a tow from Buford to Alpharetta was fair and the dispatcher was great with communication. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was amazing! We called to get our car towed around 12pm and got it towed to the junk yard and dropped off by 3pm! The car we needed towed was just a shell of a car and was very hard to get onto the truck bed but Howard was amazing and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this company any day!

Super quick and friendly service! Had my car break down while working and called TowHub-they answered way faster than I expected. The driver was super chill, helped me get the car hooked up in no time, and even made sure I had a ride home. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just trying to get the job done and leave. The price was fair, no weird extra charges, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Would give 6 stars if I could! Called Jamie at Tow Hub and arranged pick up of my car because it wouldn’t start. She was a pleasure to speak with and got me on the schedule for the next pick-up. Patrick was the driver, showed up right on schedule, and did a fantastic job loading my lowered Porsche in a crowded gas station lot. This was a very challenging pick-up. Patrick thought through each step to ensure the car was loaded safely and without a scratch. He was a pleasure to ride with and he unloaded just as he loaded, with care. You never want to get a tow, but working with the pros at Tow Hub was great!

Patrick seemed like such a great guy and everything once I got actual communication of when my car would be here. he somehow went to wrong place unsure how but he eventually got here. But the unloading of my dream car was a utter disgrace I had to remove my bumper to get the lip repaired after he just rolled it off without a drop of care hence the pictures. I had the shop owner, me and my mother there to watch the horror. I will not use you guys ever again and honestly wish I could get my tip back. Guess I'm going to have to dish out more not just for the issue I started with but now my bumper too.

These guys were great from the beginning. I think most of the time you need a tow you have no idea where to go and what the service will be. They are patient kind, and friendly and professional. TowHub came out to tow my truck off the side of the highway and the driver took great care of my old truck and hauled it a long distance from Georgia to Alabama! The price of the tow was way more affordable than the other local companies I called! I do not have a single complaint whatsoever!! Called them and they came right over and picked up my truck and loaded it BACKWARDS onto their tow truck and failed to secure it. Called me 2 hours later and told me that my truck lid had been ripped off my truck going down the hi way causing over 2000$ in damage and had the nerve to try and blame me. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE SECURED IT… ME???? What do I know about towing vehicles? I’m not a tow truck driver. That’s why I called them??? Seriously ? I’ll see them in court. Unbelievable …

Chris and his team were amazing. I had a tire and wheel come off my boat trailer. Completely stranded. My truck Jack would not lift the trailer and boat. Needed it towed somewhere. They were amazing and quick to respond. Very professional. I hope I never need them again but I have their number saved in my phone. Made a couple of new friends in the process.
