Jonathan picked up my vehicle that needed a new engine. The place that he was at he got evicted from and never told me. It took almost 4 months for them to get my engine done because he had gotten arrested on a probation violation. After picking up the vehicle because I threatened to sue and had let the police know that they were holding my vehicle, there was no paperwork to prove any of the work that they did. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would do anything you could to find somebody else so you don't end up in the same situation as me!
These people was beyond amazing so professional and respectful they was so gentle with my dodge charger 10/10 highly recommend them best towing service Ive ever had keep up the good work guys and thanks for being there for my mom when she needed yall that day and the best part about it is that they was 2 hours away from where they work out of witch is roam Ga and I was in Henry co and they came to save us best towing,people ever

This is a family-owned business and the owner himself actually came out to pick me up and take me home it was such a blessing and I am so grateful for their services hands down one of the best towing services I've ever had I want to say personally thank you to Jonathan the owner and his wife.
I cannot say enough good things about this towing company! I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and my car broke down in West Rome in the middle of AUGUST. The owner of the company personally came and picked me up, brought me all the way home, and is having his guys go and get my car to tow home. Name another towing service that will come and pick you up and take you home, so you don’t have to sit in the heat! If that isn’t the best customer service, I don’t know what is.
I called many wrecker services to inquire if any had impounded my 1992 Chevy and/or 2017 Minnie Winnie Travel Trailer that were stolen from Rome the last week of July 2024. The owner of Trusty Towing and Recovery was spectacularly helpful in giving me ideas of where to look and stated he would be on the lookout as well. I really appreciate his genuine concern and his willingness to keep an eye out for my vehicles. Thank you so much!
Trusty Towing and Recovery were freaking awesome. These guys came out in the driving rain for a non emergency transport of my vehicle. And they take a CC for a payment( most want cash). Driver was so chill and understanding. If you live in the Rome area and need a tow. These are your guys!
Derrick was such a huge help to me when it came to my roadside emergency. Came in the middle of the night, in the middle of the nowhere and was fast and caring with the process. When we were having issues getting the payment to go through due to our spotty service, he was very kind and understanding and offered to wait until we were able to send it to him. Reasonable fee especially in today’s world. 10/10 would call them again for emergencies.
I met the owner of this company at a local convenience store and he was simply a very kind guy a few days later my car give out on me and I found myself giving him a call he was very quick to get a truck out to me and had me and my car home in no time the driver was such a beautiful spirited person I felt like I was riding with a family member or lifelong friend I will use this company for my towing needs from here on our and highly recommend them to anyone in the local areas thanks again for your hard work

This company was absolutely amazing!!! My car broke down on Christmas Eve over an hour away from home. Jonathon and Chad jumped to my rescue and towed my car all the way back home toward Atlanta. Trusty towing and recovery was super fast and helpful. I sat on the side of the road for three hours and then called they were there in less than 30 minutes and was very affordable. Would recommend to everyone!
