Super nice store, very organized. Employee was very knowledgeable and took time to show and explain all the different products on shelves and answerd all my questions. Also had gates brand belt that I needed at a great price. Better price than Amazon
They don't do diagnostics, they don't have the tools I need, and the customer service is mid as hell! How are you a auto parts store without some of the basics? Told him the size I needed and literally gave me the wrong one ...

I can't stress enough how much I love these people, if there ever was a small locally owned business to stand behind its definitely this one. Bill, and his wife and Cory are always the most helpful people you are ever going to find at any parts store along with completely unbeatable prices, not to mention how they treat you like your actually people and even one time I broke down just down the street and Cory came and picked me up to get there, thanks Cory your the man. Bill and Marry are hands down are the mom and dad of this small town parts store and along with always being helpful they are also very kind people and have one of the cutest doggies I've ever seen, so thank you guys for being my parts store.

Partsmax has never failed to provide exactly what I need, be it tools parts or advice on a project. The employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Being a little removed from town, prices can occasionally be a little higher than the big 3 (advance, autozone and o'Reilly) but the convenience of location more than evens it out.
