I’ve never met nicer people that towed a vehicle. There was a considerable amount of money in the vehicle and it was locked up and anyone could have said no you didn’t leave money in vehicle. I was talked to as a person and the rate I’ve never heard of that cheap of price ever. My experience was awesome and I would call on them anytime to tow my vehicle. Thanks so much Rome Auto.
These guys put other peoples trash on my car. Very disappointed. Service was a bit shifty and they lied about the initial price to get my car out. If you can avoid your car going here, please do.
This company sells wrong parts (engines) for vehicles. Then when request for the correct parts to be provided they avoid their customer and keep the customer money. Very bad business. I would not recommend. Taking customers money and not providing proper parts is not only cruel, but fraud!
Best mechanics in rome for the best price. 100% honest about all things that need repair, and they don't pressure to up sell you for other products. In and out and that's it.
I got a driving on suspended ticket spent 48 plus hours in Floyd county jail. Now it took all of a day to find which tow yard had the car. Cause officer justChandler didn't put it on the ticket where the car was being towed. Now I spent the last 5 days trying to catch them in the office. I got thier 20 mins to 5pm no-one in the office or could be reached by phone. The next day I started calling around 430 pm to see if they had a after hours pick up. Get thier at 450pm no-once again in the office no-one.two days and 40 dollars wasted. Mind you it's I'm riding 52 miles one way.i have made this trip today makes the 4th time if I do not get some Kinda of satisfaction I am reporting them to the B.B.B and demand some kind of compensation for the difficult time and major in connivance.Cause it should not be that hard to get my damn car. This is such B.S.
I've used Rome auto for about 7 years or so now and they've always done me right, and I always come out paying less than I expected. They do great work.
They towed my dad's car. He was unable to pick it up so I called and told them that I would be picking it up on the next Friday. She told me that I probably would not be able to pick it up without his ID. I called back again to tell her that I will still be picking it up on Friday earlier that week. Then I called back and she told me that she filed an abandonment on the car. Car wasn't abandoned I told her I was picking it up. I ended up having to get a power of attorney from my dad to go and pick up the car. She told me when I walked in the door that she had already filed the papers for abandonment and I told her at that point she knew it wasn't abandoned and I had paperwork here that would allow me to take the car. When she realized what it was she knew she didn't have a leg to stand on but then she gave me a total of $425 that was due when she told me when I talked to her on the phone it would only be 360 if picked up by that Friday. This place he is filthy the people are rude and dishonest. I'm glad I don't live in a room and have to deal with them.
