If I could give this company zero Stars I would. Do not use this company they jeopardize my husband's safety they put a faulty wheel on my husband's vehicle did not check to make sure things were proper and he left tire blew out on the highway and almost got in an accident. This happened literally three exits down from where their shop is and they were not willing to go help him. He is stranded on the side of the road and because of them now we have an issue that is costing us hundreds of dollars. I understand that issues happen I'm most upset with this company because of their customer service and the fact that they were not willing to assist a paying customer that they just helped and they tried to blame my husband and say that this was his fault. I also just Googled that if you replace a tire should you replace the valve stem and it said you should always replace it. I've attached a screenshot. I also feel as your job as a mechanic when you replace the tire you see a rusted or messed up stem it's your responsibility to let your client know so that they don't get in an accident which almost happened because his tire blew out a few minutes after leaving your shop.

On my way going to Florida from Baltimore trying my best to get to my son's football game one of my tires wasnt good I went to this place and they replaced my two front tires they were used tires but he assured me they were good not even 20 minutes down the road maybe three exits from their shop My tires both red low before I left the place I even told the technician The tires look low he assured me they were great. So I pulled over found a place to fill the tires up and see the stem of my tire is leaking both tires read 30 psi when they should be 60 now I got to spend $500 between getting a tow and repairs I'm only 20 minutes from there shop And the only thing they would say to me is that it's my fault when their definitions the last person to touch these tires.

The wife and I was headed to Florida from South Carolina when I had a tire issue with my trailer. They were all very friendly people. They felt like family. Harley and the team got us going. A million stars to them all!

Fast and friendly service. We got a flat on our way back to Florida and they got us back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Amanda and the entire staff at Discount Auto Repair, right here in St. Marys, GA, go above and beyond to provide a friendly, helpful place to get your vehicle repaired by conscientious folks! I had a problem with my son's Wrangler that I could not get to the bottom of, and took it to Discount and they fixed it! The price was incredibly low, especially considering the amount of time they took trying to diagnose and troubleshoot the electrical issue. Amanda provided me with daily updates, and eventually they found the problem. Dale even stayed late (in a big lightning storm) for me to show up to pick up the Jeep - Thank You Once Again!

Discount Auto diagnosed and towed our car. Harley and Amanda were both kind, honest, friendly, patient, and helpful! My dad brings his car here, too, and recommended them to us for the good service he has received!

This place absolutely amazing. Im calling out Chase. He is awesome. Every time i go in there I ask whats possible and for a time frame. Only to have it take less time and save on cost. Its a dream. And the staff super chill and welcoming. When i am in there waiting, we just chat about anything. Thats probably my favorite part, the atmosphere. I highly recommend Discount Auto ???

Great team helped me in a pinch. Harley and Chase went way out of their way to come pick us and our car up off off I-95 after something in the road gave us 2 flat tires. Amanda in the office was awesome and made us feel welcome, and dale got our new tires on and had us back on the road in no time! Thank you Discount Auto!

This place scams people and deals in bad faith. brought it in to get a check engine light (truck ran perfectly no issues) paid 160 for diagnostic(because they wanted 600$ for a 76$ part and then 300$ for a 90 second install) when I went to start it to leave it immediately died after starting and then when I finally got it to stay alive and go to drive it off the lot it had a loss of power and can now barely get up to 40mph. They knew the issues with the vehicle when I went to drive off and I replaced the MAF and Smog pump. Still didn’t fix the issues that were made when the truck was in their possession so I called and they said they didn’t want to work on it anymore and when I went to talk to them they almost refused to come out the back and talk to me. When I said that I want a refund or the problem they made fixed he said I couldn’t prove anything was done to it in their possession and that I hadn’t brought it to a different mechanic to tell me otherwise and refused a refund. The mechanics name was Chase Perry.

Have used them Several times since moving to St Marys and what I love is the price they tell you is the price it is. Chase has been awesome and the entire staff has been great!

Needed to get a used tire quickly when I had a blowout before work. Fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend. Just make sure to call ahead to verify they have what you need since it is a smaller, locally owned shop.

They were supposed to come out to change a tire on our RV. After an almost three hour wait I was informed that they were not coming. They were unsympathetic when I contacted them. Just kept saying they didn’t have a contract with Good Sam Roadside Assistance.

I absolutely love them Chase and Harley to be exact Harley came and got my car quick with no problem was very friendly chase fixed my car with decent pricing and timing I had a stripped bolt on my a/c compressor and couldn’t get access to my alternator which was the original problem I 100% recommend them for any service

Took my sports bike so get stripped bolts out. They offered to do more work to the bike that was needed, good price for it all. It was still leaking coolant but after talking to them and seeing where it came from. New part ordered and fixed it. Customer service is amazing and super helpful. Overall satisfied with everything.

Edit to add reply: 1. My issue is you telling me that I specified front breaks. That is incorrect. I said I need my brakes changed, all of them. You interpreted to what you did, I suppose. 2. Your parking lot is not large enough to test drive anything, which is why I had to call next day after I had breaked multiple times on the way, as you were closing when I left. So the bill may have been more affordable than paying for labor twice. 3. I had the fortune of someone charging only for the pads (or however its called), so I am grateful for that person and still stand by my review. In the end, I would suggest to ask questions to clients. Not everyone is well versed on auto parts and repairs to know exactly whats going on. Be honest as well, maybe that way your client retention will be higher. Take care. --------‐-- I called in for a change of breaks. I went they did some work and I left. Breaks kept making the same noise, so I called next day to see what they did. When I called, I spoke to Chase and he said I specifically said just front breaks, which is a lie. I dont know anything about breaks! Much less specify what and where. They just took advantage of my lack of car knowledge and are wanting me to pay labor again. That is predatory behaviour and will not be going to them again. Id rather pay labor to a more honest shop.

We were heading to Florida for vacation and we had trouble with our vehicle so we hopped off at the nearest exit. It was a Friday evening on a Holiday weekend and we called these guys and they picked up our vehicle and immediately began working on it. They worked well into closing hours in the pouring down rain but made sure our vehicle was right before we left. So thankful and happy we found this shop. Everyone was super friendly and reasonable! Thank You!

Car broke down while traveling for vacation with my 5 kids. Gentlemen at gas station called Harley from discount tire and they were the only shop on Saturday willing to call in a mechanic and change out my alternator. They also showed me some other issues and took care of those as well. Zach (the mechanic) was awesome.

I have an old truck that I use in town about 2000-3000 miles a year I wasn’t looking forward to putting new tires on. Managed to get decent tires installed here for less than 1/3 the cost of new house-brand tires elsewhere. Installed within an hour. This worked out perfectly in my case. No need to let new tires dry rot through age with lots of tread left when I barely drive the old truck. Given the tread remaining on these... I’ll still get years of good, safe use.

About as unprofessional and unfriendly as you can get. Went to have my A/C charged, picked up my car and wasn't told it still didn't work. The system had every indication of an overcharge. I called the next day when they opened and they said "Oh yeah, we know it didn't work. It's not over charged, its charged perfectly. You have a clog somewhere but for $100 bucks and we'll diagnose it for you." I then went to Tires Plus and they said "All you need is an evac and recharge. You have 2 to 3 pounds too much." In addition they cracked my dashboard and refused to take responsibility for it. Do not go here for A/C work. Obviously they have no idea what they're doing.

Recently had work done on my car while out here on vacation. Had the pleasure of being serviced by a mechanic named Will. He was knowledgeable and offer great customer service price were fair. This saved my vacation and got me and my family back home safely!

This place and the customer service was horrible. They took pieces apart on my car that they shouldn’t have, they didn’t know how to fix my car, very inexperience mechanics. They lady in the office, the mechanics and the owner was very rude!! They didn’t take ownership for damaging my car, they threaten to call the police if i didn’t remove my car off the property, i had to get my car towed from st Mary’s ga to Jacksonville Florida to properly get my car fixed. I would never go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone.

really nice ppl who will work with you. definitely will work on older vehicles as i have brought my 91 Celica up there a few times. fast, haveit repaired almost as soon as parts come in. overall great shop

Checked the air in all m2 we 4³y tires after another Auto Repair department patched a whole in one tire. I specifically asked if there was a way for the light on my dash to go awayt but couldn't be bothered to check the air?!

Went and got a used tire from here. The price was outstanding and the service fast and friendly. Super stress free and overall 5 star experience. Huge thanks to their wonderful team!

Very good workmanship, my car looks brand new! Also very reasonable pricing, hundreds cheaper that other shops I checked out. The manager is also very friendly and personable, even gave me a ride to and from his shop. Go to Discount Auto Repair - you can't go wrong there! Went back to Discount Auto a second time for some scratches on my beloved Mustang. Both times they did great work at reasonable prices. These guys are the best!!

Twas the Friday afternoon of the Christmas holiday weekend, heading to work broken down on 95 South at A1A, Harley came with his tow truck to haul me back to town, said he could fix my problem with in the hour, he went above and beyond and had to do some fabrication on one piece, but he was able to get me back on the road and I was able to get back to work before my shift would of ended. Professional and Personable, efficient, very affordable. I highly recommend for your towing and car/truck repairs. Thank you again Harley..

BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST!!! I was sold a lemon with many many miles and thought otherwise by this snake!!! He really took of advantage of me!!! The odemeter read 130k miles for a Honda civic which he advertised on craigslist!!! I was thinking I was getting a good car with low miles with 1 owner, not knowing that really it had 400k miles!! How do I know??? I kept having problems with it breaking down on me after having it for a month, so I decided to trade it in to a dealership, well the dealership got the carfax on it and it showed it really had 8 previous owners, and accidents, and the odometer read 290k miles before I recieved it!! Oh and this scum of the earth never mailed my title!!! He stoled $2900 of my hard earned money!!! Please do not give this man any business!!! I wish I could give him 0 stars!!!! Evil people like him never prosper!!!
