Tried to get windshield wiper replacement and asked if I could get help with choosing and installation and was told "I CaaaN...." but no effort was made to do so. I was pointed to the aisle and quickly told what size I needed.

Waycross GA advanced auto memorial drive Waycross GA she put me on hold 20 mins hoping i would hang up shed didn't even know what i was talking about a ignition coil what the heck even gave her part number they need to train there help better went to a different auto parts store and got it in 5 mins there lose i know where to go from now on that's for sure don't even deserve 1 star long time customer here not know more it was Waycross store not saint marys store look at the first words

very disappointing tried the store twice today during posted operating hours, yet the door was locked. I even saw two associates inside this morning.

If I could give this place a negative score I absolutely would. I'm in a wheelchair so it takes me a little while to load and unload myself and my chair and you know my equipment I have other health issues that require me to be attached to machine and hoses and you know the whole nine yards it takes a while to get this unloaded and get it all set up and ready to go in the store I was having a particularly bad day this day you know my back hurting and what not so it was taking me a little longer than usual I will admit that these people came to the parking lot and asked me to leave if I wasn't coming in the store to buy something that I needed to leave I will never spend my hard-earned money with Advance Auto Parts again

Employee named Jesse drove 20 miles to get a water pump for me. We were pulling a large 5th wheel camper on the way home to Pennsylvania. Camped overnight nearby and woke up with a leaking water pump in my truck. To avoid me risking completely breaking down on the road he used his lunch break to get the pump at another store.(their store didn't have one in stock). He even refused a generous tip i offered. The manager noticed and she said this is normal for our employees here. We help people as best we can.

Went to check a battery warranty and Joseph was there to help. Even though the warranty was out he was able to help me solve my problem and explained why. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me when I don't know much about cars. The purchase was fast and he even explained the warranty I was getting. Thank you for you service!!

Stopped by to get advice on how to pin up the overhead fabric in my son's van. It sags and is anoying when rubbing on your head. I know this is a common problem and assumed the pros at Advanced Auto could help me. I was so wrong. The Mexican guy lead me to the body repair section and I was certain he had no clue what I was asking. The black gentleman behind the counter asked if he could help. When I explained it to him he decided to laugh at me for not knowing what I was looking for. When I confronted him he continued to laugh. We left and went to CarQuest just down the street. The employee not only knew exactly what I needed, he was able to check Advanced Auto's inventory and found the same exact item in stock there. I know it's hard to find good employees but the only job the guy behind the counter is good for is inspecting prison wallets with his tongue.

Bought a battery for my car 3 months ago. It was dead today so I took it back. No questions, just swapped it out for a new one. Took the car in after replacing the battery and they checked everything. Great service. Thanks Ray.

Absolutely hands down the best staff ever. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help and they give me best options for my vehicles and help me with my awards program. They all need raises and updated PCs. Lol. Please go down the street to O’Reilly Auto Parts. I went in to get a new headlight there the woman was upset because I asked her to come out to my vehicle to see which light I needed. She looks at the other woman there and rolls her eyes like I’m an idiot. I can’t believe she works in customer service. I went down the street and they were amazing.

I purchased a battery new for my truck along with every suggested item. The battery was the nicest available: platinum. Less than one year later the battery failed. I returned to the store and I was denied an exchange because I didn’t have my receipt. I was told that there was no record of the purchase and that all sales of that part number were accounted for and that none applied to me. I’m clueless how to proceed and out of three separate requests to contact a district supervisor, all three were denied. This is positively absurd and I implore you to double check that your purchases are properly logged under your phone number. In summation I possess a battery that has a date of manufacture stamp noting less than twelve months of life. It has a three year nationwide warranty, and the sole distributor is denying me an exchange due to an error by a sales associate.

Ask for Justin. I went to get a battery and had it installed, but it was easier said then done. Justin did a lot to get the battery out because of corrosion, it took awhile and he did it all with a smile. Thanks Justin!

Very helpful and courtesy stuff and knowledgeable. Brought 4 6 volt batteries and exchanged them for 2 x 12 volt marine starters.

First time I went there the employee didnt tell me to get a tool that I had to have to fix it... The next time i went they didn't have spark plugs for my car personally I think that advance sucks
