For many years I was a NAPA guy. Their customer service went in the toilet. I moved to O'Reilly's and have never regretted it. Excellent customer service.
Super nice people and fair prices. I went there the other day to buy A. Tail light bulb for my car. It went out. The guy showed me the tail light. He told me how much it was. I said oh wow I didn't realize it was that expensive. It was like $14 it goes hold on. Let me see if I have one of the generic ones. You went in the back, found it. Save me 5 bucks. I've always appreciate that. Came out to try to help me fix it. He didn't have the right tool. I said don't worry. I got it at home and I left today's Christmas Eve. I call them up and asked them how late they were gonna be there. Because he sold me the wrong size bulb the wrong number. I came in, they replaced it. Guy told me it was gonna be about 75 cents more. And then the manager turned around and said yeah, don't even worry about that took a dollar out of his pocket gave it to the kid. And just turned around to me and said thank you very much, have a great holiday. That's the kind of people I like doing business with I will definitely be back.
Needed a radiator hose that was not in stock, robert had it at the store in less than 2 hours, great customer service and very clean store... second review, needed a window regulator for a 2004 Lincoln Town car...they had it in my had in 3 hours...thanks!
My Honda has been shutting off. Jordan scanned the battery and alternator for me. Said all passed. Engine was clean. Seems I don't drive it often enough to keep the charge!

If you want the best people in town to help you, even if they don't have it or do have it and there is better elsewhere, this team doesn't mind saying so.
Keep in mind we are all human and we don't know everything, however videos and forums can tell you "what you don't want to need to know", so please do your homework before you go in to a place with such a nice team of people and belittle them for your own lack of knowledge and mistakes.

I do most of my auto repair business through this store I have a business account with them the staff is well trained and very reliable and knowlegable. The store is set up nice and has what I need. Helpful folks, they didn't have what I needed on this trip but knew that a competitor in town did, so they sent me there. More companies need to be this customer focused. I will be shopping here first from here on out. Good job.
I recently completed a front shock replacement, and leveling kit install on a 3rd gen Dodge Ram 2500, and I can tell you that it wouldn't have been possible without the heavy duty MacPherson Strut/Coil Spring Compressor. If you're like me, you're overly concerned about getting a quality spring compressor to avoid accidents due to tool failure, especially when dealing with beefier coil springs. I had no issues with the compressor that I rented from Orielly's, even as tightly as I had to compress the springs to get everything in place. They also have a great tool return policy.
As far as the location itself, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At one point I called just to ask for some technical opinion, and they were more than happy to talk to me about it and make recommendations. I'm almost never disappointed with Orielly's, whether it be with their prices, range of stock, or facility, hands down they're my favorite auto parts store (and website) to shop at.
Mr. Ray assisted me today and provided excellent customer service! He was patient and very helpful. We are new to the area and it's safe to say I've found my go-to store. Thank you for going above and beyond, Mr. Ray!
These guys are super helpful and very nice. I ordered plug wires and a fuel filter and they were cheaper than other places and came in the same day! When I went to pick up my items, I was recognized and was assisted right away

I went here to replace my windshield wipers. I knew going in what size I needed. I got there and easily found them, took them to the register and was helped by an older gentleman. He said he was surprised I was able to operate the little computer in the wiper aisles that tells you what size wipers you need. I told him I didn't use that. He then asked if I was sure I got the right size to which I responded yes. Then he asked if I had ever changed wipers myself, which I have. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't know what I was doing the wipers could easily fly off, and that he didn't want to see me "break a nail". He was really rude, and condescending. I will go elsewhere in the future, where I won't be treated like a moron because I'm a female.
Well knowledge, extremely friendly and always helpful no matter what time I've come in even minutes before closing they've helped me out with no rush or discontent. Always will have my service.
Ordered parts from O'Reilly I couldn't get anywhere else...which was good. When they came in they were the wrong parts (bad) and they didn't notice (bad) so I didn't find out until I went to have them installed. When I called, they acknowledged the error (good) and ordered the replacements (good). Friendly staff tips this up to 4 stars.
