I had a hydraulic line made at this store. It cost me almost a $1000.00
I had to pay it due to having a truck and load stuck at a local truck stop.
The hose was not properly crimped. And blew apart within 20 seconds.
I returned to the store. The lady who sold me the hose said sorry. No refunds, offered to have a new hose brought up to me from Yulee Florida about 30-40 miles away at an additional cost. I went to an Industrial supply, when the gentleman looked at the hose and the fitting, it fell off in his hand. He showed me that the hose was never inserted in the fitting completely. She had stuck the hose in the fitting less then 1/2 in. That may sound like it should be enough, but on a 1-in hydraulic line. The cramping area of the fitting is 2 and 1/4 in long. I tend to be a Napa fan and buy parts often from them. But I will never go back to this store nor recommend this store to anyone.
I appreciate the store making it correct with the brake pads that were not available at time of pickup. Did an online order to pick up my parts and not available “even online said order now Rdy in an hour”. I gave them 4 hours. Took a while to finally get a satisfactory outcome. But now that I am home to install the paid up better parts that I received. The rusty rotors in previous damaged wet boxes and products is unacceptable. Called Napa corporate and passed me to the store that I bought from. I would have been a returning customer if just said keep them and I would resurface them my self. Offered a refund, which was nice, but now I have the car disassembled. Was not in the mood to reassemble the brake assembly to get the parts. Plus they would not have a replacement for another day. NAPA has let for me down. Probably better to buy OEM online. It was only a few bucks more. I had to use online discount and AAA to feel like I was getting a good deal, that I thought.
Excellent help and service to find the parts that you need. If they're not in-house, they will order them for you to make sure you're able to complete the task at hand.
I recently had an experience with the young lady at the counter. I needed a part. She was first on her way out the door to lunch as I walked in. She stopped and returned to make sure I found the parts that I needed. They did not have them in house however, but she spent most of her lunch time searching the catalogs and the computer for approximately 30 minutes for the parts needed. She did a great job. I do recommend them.
I am very upset with napa right now. Last month, I took my battery. To Napa, before the warranty was over? And they told me my battery was good.I did this twice before my warranty was over. Then yesterday my car would not start. It was a dead battery. I take it back to Napa, and the man tells me. He cannot give me a new battery. Even though I came up there twice before and he told me that the battery was good. I then went down the street to another napa store in jacksonville, florida, on dunn avenue, and he told me that was between me and that store so he could not honor my warranty. I had to end up buying another battery, but of course I did not buy another battery from napa. Everything dealing with my car from brakes to batteries to windshield wipers. To whatever I go to napa, to get the parts i'm never going to napa, again, I am very, very upset.
It doesn't matter where in the country you are NAPA Auto parts is always the best. Best for quality best for service, best overall parts House in town?
Went in yesterday around 4 looking for a axle hub bolt I figured if anyone had it or could help it would be Napa just from my experience in the Waycross store. I’d been better off going to Pizza Hut and asking them. The young lady was trying to be helpful but the older man standing over her wasn’t having no part of that! He pretty much said if the simple clicks don’t pull it up it’s not worth our time. Next stop was o’railys had the part and walked out in less then 5 minutes lazy guy!!!
I can always get what I need at NAPA, and that is comforting to know; if they don't have the part, they will order what you need and within 24 to 72 hours you will have your part. Always have your vehicles VIN #, Make/Model with you when you show up for faster more efficent service.
Phenomenal service and can get the parts within 48 hours for most things... haven't found a part just yet they didn't have/ couldn't get in 48 hours. Manager and staff are quite friendly.
Their service is excellent. They took the time to help me find an obscure part,they unfortunately didn't carry. The other folks down the road just told me 'sorry you'll have to get that online' and I even asked them if they would special order it and I just got a blank stare. I'll always come to this store for my needs.

Arron was the man. Extremely knowledgable. Actually uses the old school books when an answer isnt on the computer. Good to see a man that knows his trade.
Terrible customer service waited a hour for a hydraulic hose that there jerry rig wouldn't even work... Very shady acting people ..and I was the only customer in the store
