We had a truck breakdown on a Friday in Macon. Panicking, I called several tow companies. As soon as I told them the size of the truck (GMC Sierra 2500) they said they couldn't tow it. I tried Kitchen's on my fourth call, they had someone out within a couple of hours and towed it to the dealership in Macon. They kept in contact as soon as they arrived on site, even sent texts stating they were on the way and when it was dropped off. I can't thank them enough for their help. I'll definitely call them again.
Dispatch lady is the bomb and she needs a raise! Helped us tow our Camry 3 times. She was quick, friendly and fast. Josh was great also. Pleasure to work with and super helpful. I recommend kitchens every time. They always answer, show up on time, and make a bad time less bad.

My car was towed here after an accident. One of the employees took his time to help me move all of my belongings out of my car. He was so nice and extremely helpful. The other employees were nice as well.

I can't recommend this tow company enough! I was stranded in a desolate area, completely out of gas, and after calling four other companies with no luck, they were the only ones who came through. Dispatch gave me an estimated time, but the driver arrived even faster than expected. Not only was he professional and kind, but he also went above and beyond by taking me closer to my destination than originally planned. Exceptional service when I needed it most—highly recommend!
They horrible they told me a set price and took more than tht set price I was suppose to get a refund and they took tht refund back after it hit my account … if I don’t get my money back I promise I’m pressing charges coos they think they getting over on ppl and won’t get me and my grandmother .

After waiting 2+ hours for "free" roadside assistance (who in the end was not able to find a towing service), the local sheriff's office put us in touch with Kitchens Garage. Melody was fantastic, she found a driver who picked us up within 30 minutes and checked in later to make sure we made it to the dealer and then to a local hotel. Gump, our driver, was quick, courteous and a great local tour guide. After dropping the car off at the dealer, he ferried us to a local hotel and gave us suggestions for a late dinner and breakfast the next day. While we hope not to need their services again, if you are in the Macon, Georgia area and need a tow, we highly recommend Kitchens Garage Wrecker Service.

Is the towing truck a 911? I got a left turn signal at riverside dr and turned, but the Kitchens Garage vehicle did not stop at the red light, ignored the signal, and honked its horn while driving close to the back of my car. He passed me at a speed far worse than 50 mph and stuck behind a car trying to turn right on Tom Hill sr blvd, threatening other cars just like he did to me. The vehicle crossed the shoulder of the road and went to I-75 south. In the meantime, I even stopped cars entering after receiving a left turn signal from the other side. It happened around 5pm on May 24th. All of this is recorded on my dash cam. Beware the kitchens Garage company.
Outside doesn't look like much, but really good service. Ladies working in office were nice and professional. Lot was organized and it was easy to find the vehicle I was looking for. Reasonable prices.
My car was impounded sent to kitchens wrecker service it stayed for about a week I called to check on the car before I picked it up and was told by one person that it was damaged badly that it needed to be towed out the next time I called I was told it wasn't that bad had to scratch down one side should be able to drive it out no problem the day I went to pick it up I got there they would not let me see the car because they hadn't removed it from the lot for holds yet but a gentleman by the name of Josh who is one of their drivers told me the car was totaled it was undrivable it wouldn't start it wouldn't even turn over however I wanted my car anyway I paid the fee they had to go and get my car and crazy thing was they drove my car right out of their Gates I guess it will start I guess the tire wasn't folded I guess it wasn't totaled after all sounds to me like somebody had something up their sleeve for my car hate I fold all your plans

Extremely unprofessional drivers and office staff. Zero communication between any of them. Tried running the bill up with hidden charges that make zero sense, and charging $75 for two hand fulls of oil dry. “I don’t make the prices” but you sure won’t ever get a dime out of me again. Hopefully the exorbitant charges in exchange for zero return business is worth it. Thanks for making this accident nightmare even more stressful Kitchens!
My car was stolen, wrecked, and towed to Kitchens with a police hold. When I was finally allowed access to car after nearly a month, I was told I would have to pay all towing and storage fees. I'd originally been told I wouldn't have to pay those fees because my car was under police hold. But when it came time to collect my car, kitchens slaps me with all the fees. I didn't do anything to cause my car to be towed or held. I shouldn't be held accountable for any fees that were a direct result of my car being taken without my permission.
They towed my car and when I got it back 3 days later everything was stolen out of my car!!! Windshield camera, a jacket, 2 bags of items we bought from belk. The left the bag with the receipt though.. thanks a lot.. never use kitchens and if you do you better empty your car out!!
Everyone's nice kind of got that country feel to it I guess. had no clue that y'all were so popular oh my God went back there in the boneyard and saw all those vehicles. Geez Louise what's the guy got to do to get a shot it just like doing a little plundering one day. Like seriously, I'd never do something without permission but I know some of them cars have been there for years how about letting a guy just like plunder a little bit for fun I don't know anyway keep up the good work.
While they were nice about the entire situation concerning our vehicle, had a $200 pair of sunglasses and all the change in our SUV stolen. Thieves SUCK.

Great service, the tow company showed up quickly, and towed my car to the dealership. The first tow company that I called two hours earlier (Bishops) called me while I was at the dealership. Make Kitchens Wrecker your first call!
