They're impossible to deal with. Last year they gave me broken parts(new) 4 times in a row which cost me a week of time trying to get a car delivered and I swore I'd never deal with them again. Fast forward to this year I decided to try them again and can't even get in contact with the Macon location after several calls over the span of 3 days. If Macon don't answer the phone it patches you through to someone in another State that knows absolutely nothing about paint and can't answer anything beyond what thier inventory shows. I live 40 miles from this location so driving there just to be able to ask a question is not an option. You've been warned!
If you need any motors or transmissions call David at Lkq make sure to ask for him he will get you right the first time I have bought several motors from them and David in my opinion gives the best customer service and overall the most knowledgeable
LKQ is a great place to buy parts I buy a lot of parts from there so I’ve dealt with a lot of there employees but when I tell you Mr. David B went over and beyond I can’t thank him enough he has great customer service and was very professional but most of all he was concerned about my issue and he made sure that I was a happy customer. Thanks again David!!!!!

National costumer line (800*****) service by phone is deplorable they lie about the service .
luckily I was able to get my local store phone number in macon ga and they are very nice (5 start)
I will not buy anything else from them. Sent the wrong year model for my car and didn't want to exchange without a fee and salesman hung up on me after I read him the return policy off the invoice. Called back and spoke with a nicer lady (Makenzie) which helped. Went to get right part and lady at customer service window had an attitude, tried to charge me again and act like she doesn't care bout her job. Waited around back at the pickup dock forever cause there is no way of letting anyone know you're out there for service (no bell or button)and the guys definitely are not in no rush when they do come . Part was all greasy and leaking out the bag in my trunk!! Going back is a NO for me.
Putting a customer on hold for 13 plus minutes is not good business practice. Spoke to a man named Mike then placed on hold and then was left there for 13plus minutes. I will never do business with them.
Wish you could put 0 stars. Worst experience ever. Ordered parts for a van we were working on and keep getting the run around. It was due in Friday. supposedly it was damaged. Monday no one answers, numerous hang ups later supposedly the next one was damaged too. Still waiting on parts and no seems to know how to operate the phones either. Hope we never have to do business with them again.
Good fast friendly service. My advice to everyone who wants the Service is to first look them up and see what there about second call in ask questions and then place your order. I was in and out with then 10mins.
No organization, no customer service. Walked in told the guy up front (don't have a name or description because he kept his back to me the entire time.) Thank was here to pick up an order. He directs me to an empty office, then passes me off to a warehouse worker. I had just called and was told that my order was there, but they couldn't find all of it. I told him it was ordered thru keystone. It took getting back on the phone before he found it stating he didn't know to look under keystone. They may have parts for cheap, but service is lousy.
I've been in the automotive industry for over 40 years. When I went to CGTC in Macon (2002-04), I had to order supplies from Keystone. I was amazed at the fact that I can get most car and truck parts for a discounted price. I highly recommend Keystone.
Tell your driver in the truck with tag# ending in 2392...that he needs to slow it down and be a little more courteous to other drivers. He was terrible this morning on I16W....8:35am... .speeding, weaving and passing. Even on the bridge. He got off at Mercer University Dr
Best counter people in the business, they are quick and helpful, but they stay busy so expect to be on hold for a sec. They also have a line of used parts to make but repairs without having to deal with a junk yard
I work at a body shop and this place has saved our butts a few times. The service is great and the people are so personable. They make me feel right at home every time. The products we get from them are always great also. Just a great place all around.
Always fun to visit they have what you are looking for with the best prices anywhere it's a nice place to shop when it comes down to body parts, paint supply, and you will be satisfied if you try it
