Great company to hire! My vehicle broke down and I had nowhere to go on Easter. They showed up quickly and towed my car in Macon. They were very compassionate. The entire team was helpful. They all went above and beyond!!
I had the most horrific night. I burst 2 tires and a Rim. My wallet was stolen. My bank card was locked out and Zach was the most patient professional person I could have ran across . On 26 Mar 2024 about 10:00 AM I called Ackerman for assistance. Needed a tow from Hartley Bridge Rd. to the Honda dealership. On the first ring Ms. Marlene answered and got great service! The driver Mr. Terry (from England, accent and all!) was very polite and professional! The location was very dangerous but he loaded the vehicle with ease and delivered to Walsh Honda within 30 minutes.Ackerman will be the first to get any other call for towing in the future!!
