Updated review 2026 : I THOUGHT this place was dependable but saddenly mistaken . I tried to get him to tow my car to a different location, because our first appointment using his services were good . This time he told me that he couldn’t tow it where I needed bc his truc was too wide and I have a narrow driveway, but a 15’ uhual was able to fit through the driveway and no problem. I also feel like he didn’t want to do the job . Secondly he robbed me my first time , he charged me a little over 100$ to go less than 4 miles. I didn’t realize until I took my business elsewhere and they charged almost the same price to go almost 3x as far. Shout out to Hooks towing and Recovery, got the job done , it was a tight squeeze but because Hooks Towing has professionals he got the job done and made it look absolutely easy. If you want to get your car from A to B and pay an “arm n leg” and it’s your last resort choose Central Towing , if you want a professional tow for affordable prices go to Hooks.

My van started having engine problems on the interstate and I managed to get off at a safe location. The towing company arrived quickly and got my van towed to the mechanic safely. Mike was very friendly and the service was affordable! I hope I won’t need a tow anytime soon, but I will call them again if I need someone in the future.

Amazing service! We had an abandoned car in our church parking lot (not unusual) and will only be contacting Central Recovery Service from now on. Michael was very respectful, careful of other cars in the parking lot and very timely.

I had an amazing experience with Michael Griffin when my car completely shut down on Hawkinsville Rd due to an alternator issue. He was incredibly prompt, arriving quickly and handling everything with kindness and professionalism. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond, he even offered to drop me off at Mercer University, which was a huge help! On top of that, he recommended Premier Imports Inc., a specialized Honda mechanic shop, making the whole situation much easier to navigate. Mike was the quintessential gentleman who helped our young adult daughter after she was stranded on I-75 while we were over 2 hours away. He kept me apprised of every step and came all the way to Forsyth to help us. He even offered to keep her car safely overnight if the dealership lot wasn’t open, which luckily it was. Super kind and professional.
Great company. Great guy. Great service. Broke down from car overheating and he showed up in 30 minutes and had me at the mechanic in 10 minutes.
