I had been stuck in traffic for 2+ hours Lyders was called and they got to me REALLY fast it’s sucks being towed but it was a great and pleasant experience the owner is knowledgeable and friendly he gave me his business card told me he was a mechanic and I could call him anytime I had a question and was having an issue even if I wasn’t here in the area and it didn’t call for a toe talk about GREAT customer service !
Absolutely wonderful team here,the guy that came and saved me and my dog from 14 degree weather had such a positive attitude and positive energy about him,HE REALLY CARED! And that means alot .call them anytime you need an honest tow!
These guys are FABULOUS! Super quick to get to my broken down trucker in the freezing cold. Took great care in hooking up to our truck - he has a giant herd guard and most tow companies end up either ripping it off or heavily damaging it. Not him!! Got us to the shop ASAP. And the best price EVER.

Want give a shower to lyder Towing. When I need help on 12/23/25 I broke down called every Towing company everywhere everyone gave me same excuse response there busy or dont have anyone till in Am. Ran across a high review Towing company lyders Towing. He ask if I was ok and am I safe . Took my information and said im coming to get ya! with with most enthusiasm. He towed me to destination without any problems. As we rode he explained about company and what he does. Your YouTube channel is awesome! This is real customer service . Being from macon he understands the needs of our people of city at night and things happen. He refuses to turn anyone down in need. At Techspro Transmission, we use towing services every day and are familiar with all types of service. Lydet's Towing has been one of the best services we've received; it was a pleasure working with them. We contacted more than 10 service providers for this type of truck, and they were the only ones willing to help due to the type of bus, which is more difficult to tow. Their price was reasonable and lower than others.
I was referred to this towing company by a friend, & when I tell you they are EXCEPTIONAL, I truly mean that!!! I called crying at 4:30am on my way to work after my car suddenly cut off dead in the middle of the intersection Tom Hill & Riverside Drive. I had already called 3 other towing companies before calling my friend no one was available.
When I called Mario, he answered immediately, asked where I was, & arrived in less than 30 minutes at that time of morning He towed my car back to my apartment AND then took me to work so I could take care of my clients for the day

We used Lyder's last night to rescue a broken down work vehicle. They were on scene within half an hour and went above and beyond what we could have expected. I'd called a few places first and they could not have anyone available for a few hours with one company saying they couldn't have anyone at all last night. Lyder's is the best around, without a doubt. We had a broken down, hydraulicly driven loader that wouldn't roll, completely locked down and Lyder's was able to get it on the truck and to the shop quickly, professionally, and most importantly, for a very reasonable price.
