Horrible customer service. I called with some questions and was met with a very rude man with an attitude on the line. He hung up on me immediately after I mentioned I was going to get a quote from insurance before proceeding.
We have had the best service from this company all the way from the phone call to the delivery. The young man was very professional and so accommodating with where to park the car once he arrived at our house. The weather is hot and their service is hotter!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Locked my keys out of my car at work, was the only company with a reasonable price that was able to make it out at 11:30 at night. The owner came down himself in got my vehicle open and had a pleasant conversation with him.
First time using Southern Elite but they came highly recommended by the Acura dealership in Macon. The driver was very professional and courteous, and was able to get my stranded car onto a flatbed and back to the dealership for repair very quickly. Grateful for their great service from my first call to final delivery. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing towing service.
Being in the automotive industry, I get to use a lot of different tow companies on a daily basis, when i tell you that southern elite has to be hands down the best Tow company in the middle GA, they are always on point getting my customers vehicles picked up and brought to me. I cannot say enough good stuff about these guys!!! Family owned and just good people. Got to me in 30 minutes and towed my truck AND boat. Soooo reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful. Not enough I can say really, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Have used Southern Elite Towing several times. Wanted to give a big shout-out to this company! They have never disappointed me. They are very professional and give it to you as honest as possible. I have always been given an ETA that most would think is a long time. Not once have I ever had to wait anywhere near that ETA! They have always been early!
