I parked at Dunkin doughnuts to take my 3 year old into the childrens hospital for an emergency. There were no clear signs that said no parking. When I came out of the hospital my car was ABOUT to be hooked up to be towed. Not only would the company not give me a break because it wasn't hooked up....but also made me and my baby stand out in the rain until it was paid. I don't know how people sleep at night being legal crooks.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Never had a pleasant interaction. The people who answer the phone are consistently rude. Their retrieval process is ridiculous. Having an office closed majority of the weekend but continuing to charge daily fees while not allowing the owner to come get the car is RIDICULOUS. As someone who almost never leaves reviews, I had to for this one because they are the WORST when it comes to service, quality, manners, basic decency, and business practices. Some of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with.
M&M Towing & Recovery are great guys! I experienced a blow- out on the driver side rear of my Class B RV. Other services had no idea how to jack the vehicle up to change the tire. The M&M technician had had a plan, using a 6×6 piece of wood to lift the wheel with the flat tire so the hydraulic jack fit under the axle. Later a second crew came out to remove the tire from the "spare rim" (which I didn't have lug screws that fit) and mounted it on the custom steel rim of the blown out tire. All of this was done on a busy highway (I75) in Macon GA early evening after closing. I these guys. The cost was very reasonable, $130.16, that I was able to pay with a credit card via an invoice that was texted to me. I highly recommend M&M Towing and Recovery should you have automobile issues in the Macon GA area.
We cannot thank M&M Towing enough! As we were traveling, we had a tire blow out on our RV. We were put on the right track when one of the service people told us that we needed M&M Towing to repair our tire. Lane, the manager, came first to evaluate our needs because we needed a custom tire repair. Cole had already left for the day since we called after business hours. Because of the customer care M&M Towing provides, Cole left his house and returned to work to repair our tire on the spot. Lane and Cole were personable and a pleasure. M&M Towing is prompt, efficient, economical, knowledgeable, kind, have a stick-to-it-ness to do what is necessary to get the job done. It was a hot, humid day in Macon and they still provided service with a smile. Their message is "Conquer The Day". M&M Towing certainly conquered our day and our entire year. One of the first things that I did when I finally reached home was write this review. Please call M&M Towing for your needs! We were very appreciate of Lane and Cole and cannot thank them enough!
I broke down in Macon with a truck and camper. Mrs Charlotte at M&M got someone out to me very quick. They also sent another truck out to pick up my family that was waiting in the 100 degree Georgia heat. Not only that I was trying to get to a graduation the next morning at Ft. Benning. She offered multiple solutions to try and help me. Super nice folks. They towed my truck to a repair shop the next morning and stored my camper for me till the repairs were completed. Renewed my faith in humanity that there are still businesses out there that will help people!!!!!

I highly recommend this company for your heavy duty towing needs. I had a brand new motorcoach go down in Columbus, Ga. and after waiting four hours for another company that didn’t show up we then called these guys. I spoke with Lane who I did not know and he told me that he was coming from Fort Valley, Ga and it would take him about an hour and forty five minutes to respond. Being that we were on a military installation (Ft. Moore) I knew that the wait could possibly be long because of the procedure gaining entry onto the base. But as Lane said he arrived right on time as promised. The problem that he didn’t know was that the motorcoach was parked underneath the awning at the front of the building with a small circular driveway. He arrived and refused to be defeated on this hot Friday evening. He remained calm throughout every challenging situation and eventually we were on our way. Thanks again for sending your professional and experienced driver and not just a gear jamming steering wheel holder.
Needed a Tow from Forsyth Georgia to Danville Georgia; called everyone in Forsyth but no one answered the phone or they said they could not handle my situation. Dialed Mike Adams/M&M Towing, rang once and the sweetest lady answered and I was off the phone in 3 minutes with a Tow Truck dispatched. She TEXT me a link to pay a VERY REASONABLE FEE, I was shocked at how low the cost was for the distance. My truck was delivered where I requested by the time I made it home. I could not have asked for a better service!
This towing company is the absolute worst; they towed my car fine but then ruined everything by charging my card multiple times without my consent, claiming fraud when I tried to pay, and after all that, they impounded my vehicle, skyrocketing the cost from $110 to $370, all because of their incompetence and rudeness! It doesn’t matter how many times they changed their name it’s always going to be a distasteful business. Good-Day
Dispatch was nice, and she was able to get a driver over to me in 30 minutes or so, however, the driver was incredibly rude. He wouldn’t even attempt to retrieve the vehicle, and quickly stated “I’m not putting my vehicle in there!” hopped in his truck and drove away. I understand that, it appeared to be, a logistically difficult tow, however, it did not warrant being so rude. Another company came and retrieved the vehicle with zero issues.
Caleb did a great job securing and hauling my Honda. This was late Saturday afternoon as I was broke down roadside. No other Tow companies would answer the phone nor return my voice mails messages. I have M&M saved in my phone now and will definitely use again. Thanks again Caleb!
they’re never on time, ever since mike adam sold the company i’ve been waiting 2hrs+ for them to come and i’ve called them 3 times since then. Honestly it pisses me off because if someone was suppose to come at 2:30 why are you arriving hrs later??? i called for a tow @9 i call back around 11 now the dispatcher is saying they should be there at 2:30 okay i waited til then called again and dispatcher says 3:30 this towing company is freaking terrible…
I called Ms. Charlotte the day before and requested a tow. First off she was very polite and professional. She didn't have an issue with sending a driver early as I had to be at work at 9 am. Boy oh Boy Mark arrived and you talking about a good ole southern gentleman. He was so warm and I almost forgot this was a professional transaction because he treated my vehicle like it was his or one of his daughters vehicles. I appreciate the care and respect these folks showed me. There are still good folks on earth and I meet two of them. Mark and Charlotte. Love, peace and hair grease M&M Towing.
I had the best service with the Rick the driver and dispatcher who sent him was extremely helpful her name was Charlotte on 1-24-25. My brand new ford bronco went out and I was at the Gary’s Food mart on hwy 49 waiting and when the Rick arrived he was very kind and immediately offered me to sit in the truck because it was so cold while waiting he even offered to buy me a a beverage at the store. The service was above and beyond excellent. I need a tow in the future i will definitely be calling them back for my service. Thank you so much!!!! JS
My truck wouldn’t open with the key fob. The doors were locked. I had it towed to the Fire dealership to get it checked out. I called M & M towing. Rick came out within 20 minutes. Towed me to the local Ford dealership. He stayed with me until he could get my truck unlocked, even though he had another call. Outstanding service on Rick’s part! Above and beyond! This is the only towing company I will use from now on!
M&M towing is great. I was suck on 75 and when I called they arrived in 60 minutes. They towed me to Valdosta. The dispatcher was very nice and kind. Very helpful. The tow drive was very polite and helpful. My experience wit M&M was great ! Thank you M&M
I recomend 100% my family and me got stranded in Georgia highway. we from Florida and didn't know anyone we call and they got there in 20 minutes the price was fair compared to roadside assistance. .. I RATE this towing company a 20 out of 10 amazing service with good price. Recommended 100%
Ken and Sy are the guys you want taking care of you! They go above and beyond. They had to put in some work, but they made it happen! Thank you so much!! My pickup truck stopped on me. I searched google and called an 800# the agent quoted me near $300 for a 4 mile tow!! I declined that rep then asked what was my budget and I said to her that kind of question tells me not to trust anyone you send.
I then searched again and called Mike Adams Towing directly. Quoted a third of that cost and the driver was to me in well under 30m. He was kind. He was non-judgmental. He was helpful. I hate I didn’t get his name but just know to the gentleman that helped the young woman on Emery Hwy and Maynard St you were awesome and I am grateful. For all my towing needs I’ll be calling. MAT!
Got me a deer today while loaded with 42,000 pounds. I say that because Jay came to tow me and went above and beyond. Not only did he take me to the body shop he took me to deliver my load 1st. Had he not done that I would have had to pay another driver to complete the delivery for me. I was set up to go to the service shop which I though had a body shop, but when he assessed the damage he made calls to let them know that he would not be coming there that I needed to go to the body shop, saving me from an extra tow bill. As much as I tried to compensate him for his extra effort he was not having it. He told me to leave a review instead. So here I am wishing I could give 10 start because Jay is an allstar! I appreciate you brother.
They were able to tow my husbands truck and his trailer a good distance to the shop where it needed to be fixed. However, upon inspection by the mechanic, he found the front axle to be damaged. The man who rigged the truck to be towed did it improperly and caused the aforementioned damage. We had to pay over $1,700 to repair the axel alone, after paying the $1,200 towing fee. I’ve contacted the company multiple times, emailed pictures of the damage plus our invoice from the mechanic where the damage is clearly stated, and no one gets back to me. Very frustrating. If you use this company, be sure they tow it properly or you’ll be looking at additional, very costly repairs.
