I had a tire blow out on my vehicle while I was driving on I-75, and my insurance company contacted this towing company to assist me. Not only was Lionel prompt, despite the freezing temps and rainy conditions, he was also professional, and courteous. If you’re ever in need of towing/roadside service, give this company a call!
Showed up about 2 hours too late. Then the driver he sent couldn't yow our pontoon boat. And they were told the length and size of the boat. I told USAA NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN!
Very reliable people!!! I was so pleased with him. I had just bought a truck and while driving it home the brakes go out so I called bishop towing the man said he would be there in 30 mins he had not showed up in 45 so I called him and his phone was turned off so I called around and roadside is the only one who said he would come and actually did. I told him what had happened with bishop he just assured me he would be there in 45 min. He even went as far as sending me picture of my truck once he got it loading showing he was there. He knew I was hesitate to believe him. By that time I was headed home 74 miles away. He showed up at my house with my truck and I couldn’t have been more happy. Thanks roadside for being a company of your word. It goes a long way!!!!
I received the most amazing and professional service from this company. My vehicle was delivered to a Cadillac dealership. For two days , the dealership continue to tell me that the key to my car had not been left in their possession. I contacted the owner of Middle Georgia Roadside. Informed him of the issue I was having with the Cadillac dealership. He contacted the dealership and the issue was immediately resolved. Thank you so much for being of great support!!!
Had a major break down on I-475 in Macon Georgia in the middle of the night. Got Middle Georgia Roadside LLC info from a referral, contacted them, and they arrived quickly and got my vehicle out of harms way expeditiously! Never provided service but charged my card, two days later the guy texted saying he couldn’t make it because of an accident so we went and canceled the payment. They sent us a letter saying they would charge us again because service was provided. Tried calling a couple times and never got a response straight to voicemail.
Terrible service. Just stealing people’s money wasting my time.
This company ask for payment in advance and never show up and stole my money he send a message saying he has an accident apologizing but still take the money and say he provides the services

I highly recommend this company! I was in need of a tow service. I called my insurance company to see if I could get roadside service. WELLLLL I did not have it on my policy. I did a google search I called one company who stated it would be $100+ if he came out tonight to fix my tire but he could not tow it so took my chances and called Middle Georgia Roadside. I spoke with Lionel who said he could meet me in 25 minutes this was at 8:01 pm. He arrived at 8:21. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable of the issue with my vehicle and HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE! Five stars all the way
This was my very first time using road side assistance because my car was stuck. He gave me a call back within a few minutes. Very professional. Very fast service. I would definitely recommend him to anybody!

Never showed after I waited 3 hours past the time quoted. Would not answer any calls to them and then told my insurance company that he had completed pickup. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! if you get Lyle, might as well forget about getting a tow!
