These guys are the best!!!! I recently had an accident which these guys came out and helped me when I didn’t think I could be Helped. My Three car hauler flipped, and I didn’t think there was any chance of flipping it back but These guys did it, Made it look easy, but constantly putting their lives at Risk To help others. Lesli And Brittney at the office, where are true angels, I had left some stuff in my Truck and they assured me that everything would be there and untouched which indeed it was, they totally respected my personal belongs and allowed me to go pick them up At a later date. Lesli was so nice. She came over to the yard at 11 at night to open the gate for me so that I can get all my stuff. Thank you guys so much for a job. Well done. Thanks to Alec for great service when towing me off of I-95. It was a scary experience being broken down on a busy night and stuck on the side of the highway in the dark. Alec was so calm and did a great job getting the car on the truck and out of there. Highly recommend Edgewater Towing.

I have used Edgewater towing a number of times. The office personnel are great. The drivers are very well trained in doing the best job to tow my vehicles with no damage. They are also polite and trucks are clean. There is nothing like getting into a clean truck. If they take pride in their truck, you have to expect they take pride in doing their job. I recommend Edgewater Towing to all of my family and friends.
When my 2015 Silverado lost the passenger wheel and axle assembly in the rain, your driver responded quickly, got me and my truck off the road quickly, and was reasonably priced. The driver was very knowledgeable about getting my truck on his tow truck with only three wheels. Will recommend your service to all my friends.
The worst place to deal with. They scam people by requiring a notarized letter to get your rental car back, even when you have all the paperwork proving you’ve rented the car and the keys!! They want the car to sit there till the rental car place picks it up… which takes days!! Costing almost an extra $1000!!! Do not deal with these people!! The worst!
In response to the tow company’s take on this is far from factual. There was zero attempt to do ANYTHING with ill will to another persons car! We rented almost an identical vehicle and we are simply wanting to get our things from the vehicle and our key actually opened the car! We closed the door immediately when we realized it wasn’t the right vehicle… this company will be advertised by myself and my company as HORRIBLE people to work with and have professional communication. We are very happy the cops showed to correct the situation and we were able to get our vehicle. We had contacted them prior because of their unprofessional poor ethics and poor behavior…. Stay away from this place!
Our rental car was towed from our apartment complex because they were resurfacing the parking lot. We went to Edgewater Garage to pay the fee -get our car but they wouldn’t give it to us even though we had our license and rental paperwork. They said we had to have a notarized letter from Hertz which would take days We called Universal Towing and they said they didn’t require a notarized letter so we feel it was a scam to collect the fees from the car sitting there each day waiting on the notarized letter. We then had to drive an hr to Hertz rental to get letter - an hr to drive back -had to pay a mobile notary (another $60) to meet us at Hertz place. Such a scam! They said we had to have cash . So we called Leslie back to see how much cash we needed to bring and she refused to tell us . Said she couldn’t give the total until we arrived with notarized letter🙄This fiasco cost us $400 and the car was there for 7 hours. Definitely a rip off. They were extremely rude and could have helped us out if they would have wanted to .Do yourself a big favor and get another towing company -8
Got a quote on Monday March 10th for $892.50 and asked if i can lock in that quote because i needed the truck towed that Friday (March 14th). I was told i could lock in the quote so i did. When i called earlier before i left work Friday they remembered me, so i let them know that id call when i was close to the trucks location and everything was gravy from there. So i traveled two hours and when i called to send the truck for tow, the lady in the office “wasn’t notified” and my quote that the office left for her was $1355.00. If that was the case i wouldn’t have went with the quote in the first place.

I had to have my Mercedes towed today. I called EW towing, the receptionist that answered the phone was very professional and polite. They had a truck out in about 5 minutes. Adrian, the driver, was polite and obviously knew what he was doing. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend them. Thank you!

Wanted to give a shout out to Edgewater Towing, and Adrian in particular. I put in a tow request through State Farm which stated someone would arrive within 60 minutes. Within 15, Adrian arrived and was very polite and professional and got my vehicle situated quickly. After what has been a rough week for all in Central Florida, Adrian’s kindness and quick response is incredibly appreciated. I’m glad that State Farm routed me through Edgewater Towing. Hope to not need to call for a long time, but when I do again, or if I know someone who needs a tow, I know who to call!
I have an old car with a hydraulic suspension to quit its job while I was at the beach. The rear end of the car was sitting completely on the two tires leaving the car about 1-inch off the ground. When I called Edgewater Garage they were friendly and helpful. The truck showed up quickly and the driver, Noah, he definitely be know-a-ing how to do his job right because he got my car up onto that flatbed without hurting the car at all. It took him a while but he knew what he was doing. I am very impressed. And the fee was very fair.
I really wish that I could say wonderful things about Edgewater towing but I just can’t. My jeep burned down went up in flames and the police department asked me who i wanted me to have tow it and of course, being from Edgewater I told them to have Edgewater towing do it I was unaware that they would not allow me to remove the front bumper which is imperfect condition from the Vehicle after it reached their lot because they said it was against their insurance requirements that we could not touch our unbolt. Anything on the vehicle with that said, they would also not allow us to get one of their people who was working there to unbolted and hand It to us. My insurance company had no problem, but Edgewater towing dead so not only did my car go up in flames but a week later I was forced to have to make the trip to Orlando to remove the front bumper from the jeep due to all this I really don’t think I can give Edgewater towing a very good rating . I even offered to pay the guy working in the lot to remove it for me He wasn’t allowed to. This is very poor customer service especially when something traumatic is already happened to you and now you’re forced to jump over more and more hoops to get help.
I hired them for a heavy haul service, transporting a shipping container.
Positives: They arrived when scheduled and didn't damage the container. The driver was friendly. Fair price.
Cons: Only one con really, the driver had zero motivation to deliver to the spot necessary. They used a four axle truck, which is way larger than necessary for a shipping container. The driver claimed this was the reason why he couldn't get the container in place. I'm not a truck driver so I won't argue that point. However, he certainly didn't show any desire to figure out a way to drop it even close to where it needed to go. He ended up dropping it hanging out into the street. My property has two narrow driveways. The first one, which happens to be the widest, he rejected just driving by, never even got out to look. The second was his choice and where he had to drop it in the road. I've dealt with truck drivers a good deal and this driver gave up really fast. This is the biggest fault. He acted like he wanted nothing more than to leave the whole time. He was nice, but seemed very rushed. Considering that I was paying by the hour, there is no excuse for that. I would have been happy to pay for an extra hour or two just to have it in the other driveway, it would have saved me a full day of moving it myself. But the driver had no interest in even considering it.
Keith was very prompt and reassuring even after he had completed 5 jumpstarts today. He came right from home to save me from what would have been a disastrous beach day. He was the calm in the storm and his “sweethearts” really made me feel at ease. He has a very personable attitude and made us feel very welcome and not a burden in any way. If you ever call edge water garage always ask for Keith as he will butter you up with positive energy and a reassuring heart. I hope this review is the reason this kind hearted, lovely man gets the raise we all know he deserves. All the love to Keith and his son. I hope your McDonald’s was good💓💓💓💓
Arrived very timely, driver educated me on lots of tips that I had no idea my vehicle was equipped with, safety features I had no idea I had! Highly recommend very knowledgeable and professional hopefully won’t need them again but if I do I’ll certainly be a repeat customer! Thanks!
I got greeted from Jillian! She was amazing! I never had a car towed personally before! This experience was nice! Jillian was kind and quick to help me even tho I’ve never done it before! It wasent too expensive either!! Nothing in the world today is like it was 4 years ago, and I appreciate business who still want business and who can be kind to their customers. I have used Edgewater garage towing service several times. They are always promt, friendly and provide excellent service.The last time I used them was unfortunately in the aftermath of Ian. When my car broke down they came quickly even in all the chaos. Don, the driver, was the best. He loaded the car quickly and my car was delivered to the garage and he even made sure that myself and my little dog got home safe and sound. Receptionist was wonderful. She was doing the job of more than one person, but remained extremely professional. The gentleman (employee) helped me remove my personal belongings and my plate from the car. He was very helpful and I appreciate the time he took to help me.
We had our RV break down and he was the only one that was willing to tow us. He had a nice brand new truck for towing heavy vehicles like ours. He was very professional, nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend him!
Prompt, courteous and professional tow service. I requested a tow through State Farm's website and received a confirmation call within a minute or two. I was told the driver was minutes away. I then got a call directly from the driver confirming his ETA.
Car was loaded quickly with a minimum of fuss and the driver was most courteous. Reaching home, he worked the car to exactly the spot I'd asked him to place it in - not easy with our narrow, curved driveway. Great job.
Wonderful service. I am from out of town and needed my car to be tow. The driver was very accommodating. He provided guidance and waited patiently for us to take everything out of the car. He even waited until our Uber got to us. Would highly recommend their services.

It always is a bad day when you need your car towed for repairs but this company had great service with text notifications about the location of their driver and estimated arrival times.
Barry, the driver that picked my car up showed great car in loading my car and provided excellent service and was extremely professional. Also the tow rate was very reasonable especially considering the the service and excellent attention to detail.
I hope I never need my car towed again, but if I do I’ll definitely give them a call.
Great service! I had a flat tire and had to call my roadside assistant. I was told they wouldn't get there until 11:50 and they came at 11:10! I was very impressed. The guy that changed my tire was very sweet! Keep up the good work Edgewater Garage!
