If you visit this AutoZone in Edgewater, ask for Oscar he is the man. This guy has helped me with so much of my car problems that it’s unbelievable. I’m surprised he’s not a mobile mechanic. You would probably make way more money. This is a fantastic store with great customer service. Do you know exactly what I needed without even really looking at the problem and was 100% correct. This is the only AutoZone store that I will go to and I will continuously ask for Oscar to help me with my vehicle. Oscar, you are the man!

Jason M. At the Edgewater Autozone is amazing. He went above and beyond to replace my battery in my GMC Canyon. It was a very difficult process and Jason kept his cool and made me laugh throughout the process! I highly recommend Jason an Autozone for my vehicle needs!

I had a rear view mirror that needed to be popped in and nobody else could do it.I went to autozone, and oscar went out there, and in within few minutes, had it popped in. thank you so much.Saved me some time and money. 🤗🤗

I asked my dad to install my new taillight assembly for my Infiniti FX37 but for some reason we couldn’t get it all the way snapped in. I came to AutoZone looking for help. Oscar was extremely helpful investigating what we had done to identify what was going on. He was able to identify the source of the problem as a broken off plug from the previous assembly and used appropriate tools to remove the assembly and the old plug then completed the replacement properly for me without damaging my car. My experience was extremely pleasant and I would recommend Auto Zone to my friends and family bc they are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and respectful. Thank you Oscar!

I've had a horrible day! My fuel pump died and flooded my crankcase with gas. Your counter man Jason, at the Edgewater Florida store was AMAZING. I'm 76 and have worked retail and customer service for many years. I can't remember any time that I've had such a good customer service experience. I have used AutoZone for all my parts for many, many years. I always buy the AutoZone brand lifetime warranty parts AND HERE IS WHY: I had used your web site to bring in a picture of the fuel pump. Jason found the part number on my phone and looked it up in his system. Then he noticed it had a lifetime warranty so he looked up my phone number and found out it was still active, AND in stock! Many service reps would have been happy to just sell me a new pump, but your man Jason is the reason I've always shopped with y'all. He had to look through 2 different phone numbers and finally found the warranty at entry 40 of 52 under the second number by checking each entry individually. Jason's customer service sets the standard that all of your employees should emulate. In all my years of serving and being served as a customer I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Also, your company is great because you honor your word, AND YOUR WARRANTY. You can count on my business for a few more years at least.

Today I returned a battery to the Edgewater, Florida AutoZone and spoke with Oscar. I purchased the marine battery in April of this year and after testing, discovered it was not holding a charge. As I did not have a receipt annd it didn’t come up under my phone number (never left my name ) Oscar spend 10 minutes searching the purchase history for that specific battery and confirmed the date I made the purchase. As mentioned , I didn’t leave my name at time of purchase and it was listed as “ customer din not leave name” . Oscar went out of his way to remedy this situation with professionalism and respect. His customer first approach was evident and for that, I will always shop with Auto Zone. To leadership: Oscar should be highlighted at your next district, regional, or national meeting as a “best practice” in customer care. Thank you Oscar!!!! BIll

Osvaldo the Store Manager was so helpful and efficient when I rolled in to the parking lot needing a new battery asap because mine decided to go dead 20 minutes before getting on the road to Jacksonville to visit a friend who was only in town for the night. I know often times chain retailers lack a personal touch, but the people who work at the Edgewater location definitely care about their community, evidence being that Osvaldo went above and beyond to get me on the road. This wasn’t just a matter of convenience (although it was that, too!) but because he was willing to help out I was able to spend time with my friend, and that’s what life is all about— taking care of people and prioritizing spending time with those you care about. Thanks for helping me make that happen, Osvaldo! I hope whatever Area or District Manager is reading this gives that man a raise 😊

I’ve always had exceptional service at this location but my last visit was ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had just bought a used car the day before, so I was in and out of Autozone all day replacing wipers, bulbs etc., On my final run I picked up some low and high beam bulbs and instead of bringing them home to replace, the guys helped me install them. When we lifted the hood, they noticed that one of the bulbs had been rewired incorrectly, fried to a crisp and disconnected. Oscar ran inside and found exactly the piece I needed to rewire it which saved me the headache of making an appointment with my mechanic - meanwhile, I decided to make things a little more chaotic and locked my keys in the car, with my phone, while a thunderstorm was rolling in. The team at Autozone let me use their phone and google search bar to frantically call locksmiths, hoping to find someone within the hour to unlock me out to make a 3pm meeting with a client, who I couldn’t personally call. Oscar jumped in his car, found what was needed to unlock my car, drove back to Autozone, unlocked my car, REWIRED my headlight and installed the new bulbs all before it started to downpour. Standing ovation!!! THANK YOU! I’ll be a lifelong customer and I’ll make sure not to make my visits so dramatic from now on

Incredible service at this autozone! Store manager Oscar Rios really made our day! Oscar was able to do a read of our check engine light but he didn’t stop there! He then explained what part needed to be replaced so we could drive again AND then did it himself!! Wow!!! Everyone working at this autozone goes above and beyond. Would recommend! What would have been hours waiting at the shop was a simple 5 minute trip to the best autozone.

This AutoZone is always a go to when I need anything for my vehicle. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable they don’t just point you in a direction, they take the time to explain things and make sure you’re getting what you actually need. The employees are friendly and genuinely there to help, which makes a big difference when you’re not sure exactly what you’re looking for. Whether it’s checking a code, helping with a battery, or finding the right part, they’ve always come through for me. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants good service and solid automotive support.

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience at AutoZone! We were having some trouble with a warranty situation, and the team went above and beyond to help us through it. Riley, in particular, was fantastic: patient, diligent, and genuinely kind. The installation was quick and smooth, with zero issues. It’s rare these days to find service this attentive and hassle-free. Thank you, AutoZone (and a special shout-out to Riley) for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant! We needed to replace the battery in our key and went to our local AutoZone in Edgewater. Oscar, the store manager, attempted to replace the battery for us, but a button broke off. Oscar did his best to fix the problem, but ultimately, it turned out that only the Volvo dealer could make a new key. We were very impressed He and his store manager agreed to pay for the replacement key. We were very impressed with how well we were taken care of. Thank you and be assured that we will continue to use AutoZone for all our automotive needs in the future.

I entered AutoZone and was greeted kindly by a young man. I posed my question and he wasn’t quite sure so he turned to Oscar behind the counter and them as a team helped me find the part I needed. Excellent customer service. I had usually shopped the green parts store, lol, But now I will use this as my go to for all of my vehicle Accessories. Thanks, Oscar and the young man for the great service.

October: I went there cause I needed new spark plugs. Oscar and the other guy helped me use the tools to change my spark plug. I would be lost without them. They were very informative as well. I will always use this location. Thank you! November: I had an emergency with a nail in my tire, Oscar was there again seeing that I was struggling. He came over and helped me. Was done in 2 mins. This place is awesome. We need more men out here like Oscar!

My car battery died, and Addison G. was there to help me out. He replaced the battery quickly and even tested my alternator to make sure everything was working properly. Addison was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.

Oscar was phenomenal. My battery died and I had my husband’s blood thinner shots with me. My husband just had major surgery and is fighting stage 3 appendix and colon cancer. Oscar was able to get me a reasonable priced battery and install it in under 15 minutes. Oh and GM replaced the battery 2.5 years ago because my Equinox could only use that battery. A battery Auto Zone carries for way less than $989.99. Thank you Oscar! You are wonderful ❤️

I needed wipers. I called and spoke with Gary. Gave him my car info to confirm they had some that fit for my car. I told him I would be there in ten minutes. Walked in and Gary walked me to the area and suggested some wipers and helped me install them. Very friendly with great customer service. This is what stores lack these days and Gary followed through from beginning to end.

I was broke down in a parking lot. A stranger drove me to AutoZone where I met Shareta my car would not start because my key fob battery was dead. She went out of her way to help me and install the battery for me because she could see I was elderly. she got me on my way. I’m 100° hot day. I want to make sure management knows that she is management. All that help just a little $10 sale. Thanks again.
