My truck got impounded and I spoke with mark and dalton and they learned I had been towed correctly for overstaying in a spot since I was in the hospital with my new born, they charged me only enough to make sure the truck driver was payed for his time and didn’t make a dollar personally off of me, I’m amazed with the integrity and willingness to help. 10/10 experience I know who to call if I ever need a tow!
Tried towing my vehicle after they followed me into an apartment complex. They were nice enough but... yall tailgate me to get in and I was doordashing as a driver. Rediculious.
You didn't realize the vehicle that came in right in front of you to the complex and then tried to tow me because I didn't have a parking permit...

These people are pure evil. In bed with our apartment company, they tow whoever they feel like. They have towed almost every single tenant car for “double parking” meanwhile, no one is. The “rules” they’ve implemented are ridiculous and vague so they can get away with towing whoever. They’ve installed cameras outside our buildings to have 24/7 surveillance on our cars. It’s uncomfortable, shady, and just inhumane.
These guys were unbelievable. They were quick getting to me and very helpful. They got me back on my way and I didn’t miss my appointment. And the price was $30 less than I was quoted by other options. Thanks Tow Tech 2!!!

I cant say enough how grateful I am for Roger. My car broke down at a busy crossroads and I was stressing out. Cars piling up behind me and honking despite my emergency flashers being on. Roger happened to drive by and see me stranded he offered to help me get my car out of the way, no questions asked. Didn't even push towing services on me, just wanted to help. When I did ask for a tow he helped me get it to a nearby shop and the tow prices were very affordable. Hopefully I dont need a tow again, but if I do, I know who to call.
A very unfortunate event ended with great customer service, understanding & awesome communication. Can’t even be mad with Tow Tech 2 because the staff is just great and friendly. I don’t recommend getting towed but if you do i hope it’s with these guys. Thanks for helping out when a crappy situation occurred! Towed my car for expired tags with no permission from the landlord or manager while it was parked at my apartment complex waiting for a tag renewal. Charged me 165$ to release it and the guy I dealt with completely forgot to take my money until I mentioned it. They even stated that they patrol looking for cars with expired tags because “our guys gotta eat”. Honestly I would like some legal advice because the whole situation seems very fraud like. Also any 5 star review of the place is completely false/paid for. Also the gentlemen I dealt with told me he forgot to tell his crew to not bother with expired tags since it is so close to Christmas just like he forgot where his keys to open the gate were so I could get my car. Very unprofessional and scandalous.
This company is a scam, they're in bed with the apartment building I live at...they tow innocent people while they turn around and allow other's to be parked endlessly in areas where they towed others. There's no playing by the rules or decency, it's all shady under the table business. I literally was towed months ago for parking in a spot that last night I saw some woman park in and she just talked to the tow man and patted him on the shoulder, stayed there taking up the spot all night without being towed. Rules should apply to everyone and if they don't your business is corrupt! There's no decency or professionalism when it comes to this towing company or the apartment they're in cahoots with. Just make sure you steer clear from both!
I called them on a Sunday morning and a person answered the phone and by the end of the call a truck was on its way to my disabled car. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again!
There was a real person who worked for the company that answered the phone, not a answering service. The gentleman took care of our situation and was very concerned about my family member sitting stuck on HWY 40 late on a Sunday night.
The actual tow truck driver arrived early, took good care of the vehicle and gave great customer service. Thank you Tow Tech for a job well done. A Class Act.
They took excellent care of a project car i purchased, I was worried about getting it moved because the person I bought it from lowered it too much, Teddy used his skill (and a lot of 2x4s) to load my Chevy effortlessly and without scraping it

We were stranded in Deland because our car would not start. We called Tow Tech 2 and a nice man towed us to their shop.
They fixed the starter at a very fair price. We highly recommend them for towing and repair on your vehicle.
