Today started off not so good - I purchased oil and filter for my motorhome and also a catch basin - the catch proved to be “not good” and I ended up with a mess.
Anyhow I took the catch basin back, full of oil to O’Reilly’s and the manager Paul helped me out. I explained what happened and he, without issue was going to refund me the $17.99 purchase price for the catch basin — however he asked about one I had looked at earlier but it was $37.99 …. He made an even exchange for me.
Absolute great customer service - fyi I have been using this O’reilly’s since it first opened several years ago. John an associate in the store was also spot on with customer service.
11/23/2022 8ish pm. You had three employees, two employees were working with two separate customers at two separate registers. I was the only other customer there waiting patiently. Register two calls the third employee over for assistance with their customer. Another customer walks in behind me. I'm quick to point out none of the employees welcomed myself or the last customer in to the store. Customer behind me shop store and with il items in hand approaches register three where registered two employee broke Free and went ahead and took care of them also retrieving parts from the back while the other two employees were still engaged with the customers that were there before me. I think your employees feel I was invisible. Employee finished up with the customer that came in behind me then finally took care of my needs. Absolutely not in a hurry but damn it if my time ain't valuable. This was not a confusing situation for anyone in the store I was there before the guy behind me and you should have taken care of me first. There's literally probably 10 other parts stores in town I choose yours, that can change... Quickly! Looking for better customer service.
I don’t bother price checking auto parts any longer because they Ive come to trust O’Reilly’s to not only have the best price, but really caring personal service by techs that know their parts.
Got a new battery to replace old one under warranty. Staff told me couldn't install it. I needed to go to a mechanic. Went to store on international speedway. Staff was very nice and helpful. He installed my battery and was very nice and patient. Will not go to store on spring garden anymore.
I’ve been coming here for years and big difference between here and auto zone with customer service. They consistently treat me well here. Paul was very helpful. I’ll continue coming here for all my auto parts needs
Haven't done business with them since the manager didn't seem to care about his customers but that's okay the general manager took care of it and I got everything situated they definitely lost a customer that spent a lot of money over the last 15 years commercial account I've spent thousands with AutoZone right across the street since then

I had to get 2 new battery’s for my 06 dodge ram diesel, the manager Paul was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He guided me to the right ones, installed them promptly, and was jus as friendly to others leaving and entering as he was working. Super highly recommend his store and staff for all your car care needs
Went in today to have a battery replaced. David swapped out the old battery put in the new one super fast and professional. Great store!

I had car trouble on a road trip 500 miles from home and this O'Reilly's treatment was just as good or better than the one I use in my hometown. The starter went out on my car and they warrantied it just like I was home. I replaced it in their lot and they loaned me the tools they get a thumbs up from me
1 star for james behind the service counter ...rude ,lazy, and bad costumer service.i walked in around 6:30p.m. 6-29-19 with 0 costumers in the store said hi to james asked him for help on a small return n or advise ,and he answered me that it was friday, late .and to go find it my self until another sales person came out and offered help.i think his name was richard found what needed thanked him for his helpful service and left overall oreilly auto parts has always impressed me 5-STAR to the store
Excellent service, very quick. Knew what he was talking about. Had the parts i needed and in a good brand. Thank you so much! I appreciate the hard work. I'll be going here from now on. I spent an hour at auto zone and had to leave without parts, i was in and out within minutes here. ♡ I give you ten stars♡
Staff was great..Very knowledgeable and most helpul. After I had been to a competitors store and left without purchasing what was needed. I followed another irritated customer to this store. I am new to the area and finding this O'Reilly's was great. Also it's the only parts store I used at home..
Poor costumer service. I called for a clutch and the guy so called ken hung up the phone cause he asked what size so I told him it was only one size and he got all rude and hung up the phone. I called again and he hung up again. I went to the store and asked for his name and he started being all rude and wouldn't give me his name or managers name. I will not shop there again. A store with racist and rude employees is not needed.
Extremely helpful Patient knowledgeable and respectful... Appreciate all the help you have provided my son and great job.. We have many questions when we walk Thur their doors and they are all answered before we leave...
Went in to buy an air filter so was in the back of the store and I could hear the employees making racists remarks about Mexican people, after a couple minutes the woman employee walked back to the back still talking bad about Mexican people then she saw me and changed it up and said " I love Mexico".
I am Mexican and think that at least employees while at work should be professional, so needless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. Even worse I am pretty sure she was the Manager.
I needed a battery right before they closed. They had one. I bought it. They seemed like nice, reasonably smart people. Thanks for getting me back on the road.
