I order from this shop online. They have so many perfect condition used parts from people modifying/upgrading their harleys, and also all the other standard parts needed. Packaging is all together, protected and timely. They remain available for advice on parts too for fitment questions as well.
I have had to buy a few diffrent used parts from these guys they are very knowleadgable in what they do. Have shipped same day ordered and be to me in just two days and seem to have the parts no one else does have. Them came in clean very well labeled and packaged actually looked as if they were new parts. They happened to have a part i needed for a 2001 Softail Deuce. Harley had discontinued production of that part. Got me set up and event told me about doing the wiring work myself. Much appreciated
This store that sells products on eBay makes fun of people. They made me pay twice for a product and then a week later they informed me that they didn't have it available.
I bought an engine from Fallen Cycle for my 2007 Road King. The price was extremely reasonable ($1500) and saved me from likely scraping the bike as a new crate motor started at $8500 from other vendors.
The motor showed up as advertised. I did the motor swap and it fired up on the third attempt. I’ve put over 1000 miles on the bike and it runs as good as the day I rode home from the dealer.
Fallen Cycle asked the right questions after I placed the order to ensure the motor was going to work in my application. That was an unexpected thing but very good customer service.
I will look to them first for future parts needs.
Ordered a motor for my victory vision it only made it 25 miles before it had an internal failure in the transmission. Contacted them as i was still within their warranty. They were nice and very helpful. They found another motor and gave it extra testing and shipped it to me and has been good so far *knock on wood*. I would definitely recommend them and buy from again if i need too!

After my first original order was canceled by them, I went ahead and ordered what they recommended. It did not work. My bike would need additional work for these parts, but not the other. I returned the parts in perfect condition as I received them, but they kept $80 of my money anyway! They relisted the item on eBay for the exact same amount of money, therefore, they are not losing out on anything. The only one losing is me.
Purchased a motorcycle rear tire 150 /80 b16-71h from Fallen Cycles in Daytona, rode up from Mims to check them out and inquire about this tire in Ebay they had listed in there store. Daniel hooked me up guessing since I rode up there, lol I appreciate the deal and highly recommend. Installing tire now. Needed to give a shout out to this place. Was in a bind, needed a rear axle and pulley for my Ultra and couldn't find anything here in South Florida and have an overnight ride I had planned for this weekend. Fortunately, I got hold of Dan at Fallen Cycles on Wednesday afternoon, he had just what I needed. He sent it out Thursday for overnight delivery, got everything Friday morning. Parts were great, perfect fit, excellent price and on time. Bike is ready to roll by lunchtime Friday, thanks for the excellent service and great products & prices. Highly recommend.

Yes, there was a minor human error (it happens, get over it). As SOON as it was brought to their attention, technically before I even knew what occurred, they were already in fix it mode. A couple day delay but the product is in my hands! I would recommend Fallen Cycles to all my rider brethren and sisters … I sure as hell will use them for any part that I’m looking for in the future! They have a wide variety of parts, but do your homework. Went to buy a radio for a goldwing and the part number did not match up. Was told don't worry about it, if it doesn't work out just return for a refund. Sure enough the radio was different. Shipped it back, but got hit with an unannounced restock fee. Not on the receipt either. Emailed them and told them I was never told about a restock fee and they blew me off

Bought a set of OEM Indian saddlebags. Saw them on eBay but was concerned about them as the name of the shop is “Fallen Cycles”. I called the number of the shop that I easily found with one google search and the gentleman in the phone was really nice and super helpful. I learned these were from a trike conversion so I bought them. They arrived earlier than scheduled from Florida to California and were packaged to perfection. I would highly recommend this seller and have shared their store name with all of my Indian Motorcycle groups online. Thanks for the great customer service.

I took the wheel to a harley dealer and they discovered the wheel was BEYOND the point of any trying effort and completely unsafe to ride. They could have KILLED me with their lies just to make a buck. Then refused to give me a refund or exchange. Terrible company with bad reviews on the BBB
I'm still on the fence right now as far as a review one way or the other.. the two young man that I met at the company seemed nice enough as well as knowledgeable.unfortunately for me they did not have what I was looking for and I had to walk out empty-handed..however I think their business structure is sound and they seem to be go get hers and interested in finding what you need..hopefully down the line I can give a better review when I can actually do some business with the boys..

Austin was very helpful and informative and even changed my bulb in my trike for me. I went there to get a new seat with back support on it and most sales people would just want to make the sell but he actually talked me out of getting what I thought I wanted! If I would have bought the seat I thought I wanted it would have eventually broke on me because I'm a big dude and showed me another style seat that was even cheaper with BETTER back support which I thought was very cool and honest. They have a huge inventory and good reasonable prices. I highly recommend these guys.
These guys are fantastic! I needed ecm computer for Goldwing 1800, they had it! Drove 80 miles to Daytona Beach to pick it up. Installed the next day, now my wing runs better then ever! Very friendly people, great customer service! I will get all my parts from them from now on. Btw, part was listed on eBay.
I get all of my parts from their eBay store. They have reasonable prices but most important of all, it seems like they truly inspect everything that comes off of their donor bikes. None of their products are junk. They are fully usable used parts with plenty of life left. I feel confident buying a used part from them and knowing it's not garbage.

I ordered a used radiator for my Yamaha FJR from the guys at Fallen in FL after finding it on eBay at a much better price than anything I could find in Europe (even after the cost of shipping and UK customs imposed import costs & taxes.
I had a couple of questions first so rang them from the UK. Friendly, polite and super efficient, they answered everything straight away and so secure in the knowledge I was getting the item I needed I went ahead and placed my order through eBay.
They shipped my radiator straight away using eBay’s global shipping service (Pitney Bowes) and although I’d read a few negative comments about the eBay GS Service, I couldn’t have experienced an easier and more straightforward buying and delivery service with all costs for shipping and import known up front. PB do charge a small fee for processing but in my view it’s well worth the hassle free experience.
Kept informed of my parcel’s journey from Daytona Beach, Florida to Erlanger, KY and onwards to the UK at every stage, my radiator arrived today (just 12 days after ordering it) having cleared UK customs with no hassles, perfectly packed in a sturdy box with loads of packaging protection to keep the (delicate) radiator nice and safe during its long journey.
The radiator itself looks almost brand new, with all connections and appendages in perfect condition (much to the delight of my bike mechanic!).
