Funny story cut short, got stuck in the middle of the road by the Buc-ee’s in Daytona, my sister found his number online and within 15-20 minutes he was there to bring us in the parking lot, fast forward again I thank god for his kindness because he was able to tow my truck from Buc-ee’s back to my home in Jacksonville. Kindness is virtue and if you’re kind to workers such as him, they look out for you. A thank you isn’t enough, but I thank him for this. I recommend him for any towing and just knowledge on your vehicle if you don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Alex went above and beyond helping me the other night after I lost my rental car key. He was quick to get to me even in race week traffic. He spent a good portion of the evening trying to help me find the key to avoid the cost of a new key. We unfortunately did not find the key. Enterprise sent several Ubers that would not fit my 4 car seats, baby gear and stroller. Alex drove me to the airport and helped me unload all of my belongings and made sure I got in my rental before he left. I would not have felt safe looking for my key and moving all my belongings at night alone. He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and I could tell he truly cared that I got home safely to my children. This was the best experience I ever had with a towing service and I will be recommending to all my friends and family in need of towing services.

Alex was amazing help my car decided to die on the side road and I was stranded, he got to me at a decent time and was very nice and communicated good as well, he got me on my way quickly on arrival and for what I felt was a very cheap price, very great service and very nice person.

Wow. Alex was great. BEYOND Great. Picked up my car. Took it to his lot. Try to help me fix the problem. Delivered the car 25 miles away. Totally looked out for me. I definitely will have Alex in my wheelhouse.

Much quicker than any tow company that I’ve used in Daytona. They went above and beyond to help me out. Made sure all my tools and parts were removed from under the hood so I didn’t loose them. I’ll 100% recommend to everyone.

Alex was the best. My roadside assistance was taking 4 hrs. He arrived in like 20 mins, gentle w my car too. Definatley a skilled towman. He knew the right way to tow my mercedes. Was stranded from 5 states away with failed alternator. Vroom towing came through with great customer service, timely professional arrival, and awesome knowledge and tips about the area because we are new to area. AND the best rates around!! Clutch blew and was stuck in a parking lot. Called and Alex picked me up within the hour! Extremely good service as my car is lower and he made sure none of the bumper was ever scraped. He also went out of his way to call around and find me a better place to get a new clutch installed. Overall, good pricing, incredible service, and great guy! Will definitely be keeping him in mind when towing in the future!

Towing my car, I thought would be such a hard experience, but then I called Vroom and he calmed me down. Made sure I was safe. Let me go home and get out of my work clothes and then he met me at my car and dropped it off at firestone,while I had my keys and everything. My truck got stalled in a parking lot in Daytona today and Alex just happened to be there at the right time! We needed to get back to DeLand and he was much more affordable than other companies along with having a timely arrival. He was very friendly, honest and respectful. It's very rare to come across genuinely caring people in this world today and it was refreshing to know good/decent people still exist! I got stuck when my car wouldn't start, after a job interview. The driver showed up quick, got my car to the mechanic quick, and even gave me a ride to my place since it was really close to the shop. Great price, tremendous service, and very likeable person. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help!

I contacted Alex the night before for a tow quote to the dealership the next morning and he arrived within a decent time. Upon arrival he was able to give me some insight on what possibly happened. I appreciate him taking the time out to help others that are in need when they don’t have roadside assistance. It was a reasonable amount and I glade we crossed paths. Alex went above and beyond duty to help me get my car back on the road that night instead of having to wait till the next day for the dealership to open. He found a pep boys that was open. Vroom towing was very fairly price and I have used every towing company in volusia county. Hands Down they beat all the towing places I called and got the job done on the time line that it was needed done by. Great customer service and best price around I was quoted 210 cash and more for card they did for a lot cheaper and my vehicle was further then 15 miles or rite at that. Highly recommended and will definitely use if I ever need again!

I usually use whoever AAA dispatches through my emergency roadside service. This time, I had a dead car that I needed to get to a dealership to trade in. I asked AAA if they recommend a service and they recommended Vroom. Also, when I went on google to check reviews, they had a strong 4.9 rating. I called and was answered right away. I asked for the rate and availability as I was not with the car and would not be able to be with the car. Was told that wasn’t a problem. Zelled the amount and all was good. Driver kept me posted throughout including pics of the vehicle before and after. Highly recommend.

Alex is one of the most reliable people you can count on for a tow! He literally showed up before the hour was up of the wait time. Then proceeds to lighten they entire day with laughs and just an overall good vibe to him. Services are amazing 🤩 He had my car towed up within 10 minutes of arriving! Fast, reliable and respectful!

I went off the road and was stuck good in the ditch. Alex responded fast and had great communication with me until he got there. He was not prepared for my location, but got in the mud to hook me up and pull me out. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him and Vroom.

Super nice! Came within 35-40 minutes as he quoted. Cheapest price that I was given out of all tow companies I contacted! Hopefully I won’t need a tow again, but if I do I will definitely be contacting Vroom Towing. I am very happy with the experience!

Alex was amazing. I first contacted him a couple of weeks ago letting him know that I would need his services in Ormond Beach when I was over there doing a project. I kept getting delayed but stayed in touch with him and today was the day I was destined to be over there he agreed to meet me at the end of the day and drove our car all the way over to Debary Florida treated us with utmost respect and was very delicate with our classic car Hands down one of the nicest people we've met
