Yesterday on 9/24/25 I faced a devastating issue of having to return my vehicle to my mechanic after just picking it up a few hours prior. My son came to breakdown location to pick me up, forgetting that he also needed to prepare for work himself. Trying my best to obey traffic laws LOL I rushed back to the towing pick up site where Riley so patiently waited for me as I still had the keys to my vehicle. In fact, I assumed I had time because after all, when has a tow service ever arrived before the ETA?!?!? LOL Riley was able to get to my vehicle at least a 30 minutes before the original ETA. I explained to him what the problem was and like a pro he was able to get KoKo (my car) hooked up and her way back to the hospital. He was very pleasant and gave some light hearted humor about me having a KIA (IYKYK).A laugh that I needed! I really appreciate his enthusiasm about his work and for the overall great experience. It's stressful dealing with car issues and some times us customers are in a funky mood, and if I had been one of those grumpy customers I'm sure Riley would have still presented himself in a professional and compassionate way. Before he towed KoKo away I asked him for his name, because although I wouldn't know where to send a Chick Fi-la lunch to him one day, I knew I would want to write a review. If there's an office location for this young man I would very much like to buy him lunch! Remember Riley, I have a KIA so I'm balling on budget LOL Thank You for your service yesterday!!! You rock my guy!

This was the most professional, skilled, quick and proficient towing service I have seen in a long time. He came in the rain and did a great job. I will highly recommend this Towing service for anyone needing service. Thank you for being kind and considerate with my car while towing her to the auto repair shop. Keep up the great work.

Update. I got my car back today. The entire under the hood is taken apart. Screws missing. Parts missing. My hood is damaged. And when I called to discuss this with them. He hung up on me. I fought hard this company. Sadly because we found the parts cheaper. I assume the mechanic got angry and didn’t care. Despite the issue we had with my insurance. This place was and the man on the other end of line were amazing. Not only did he do what one other company couldn’t. He is also trying to help us figure out what’s wrong with the car. We absolutely insist on this company. 10/10. Thank you so much for the communication and help! I am so sorry about my insurance. I will be calling my main insurance in the morning to let them know about what happened today. Luckily I have the option to record calls.

Shoutout to Dino. Helped us out when we were stuck in Ormond Beach. He was super kind and informative. Also, quick and efficient with towing the car. Glad we got such great customer service from a great guy!

Chris was amazing! He was friendly, personable, and professional. He put us at ease in an unfortunate situation. He loaded our vehicle very quickly, and we were on our way. We would definitely recommend Gino's Towing.

Called for a tow driver refused to tow a car in decent shape cuz his truck was new ?then when you say your writing a review they have a pre made message they send that will put it under Volusia towing so they are trying to get bad reviews for their competitors. Already provided Volusia with the evidence so they can handle it . Will gladly give my 200 to Volusia

Gino's is AMAZING! They towed my husband's truck to the Ford dealership and after we got a ridiculous quote from Ford we called Ginos and had them tow the truck to their shop. Everyone at Ginos (tow truck drivers, office staff, mechanics and Gino) were extremely helpful and kind. They saved us many thousands of dollars on the repair to my husband's truck. We are grateful and blessed to have met Gino & his incredible team!!! Thank y'all for making a horrible situation so much better. Y'all truly are the BEST!

Gino Towing did an excellent job of rescuing me I 95. My car broke down in between exit Chris, the driver was excellent pull my car in the flatbed, with no problem even though the traffic was screaming by our sides When he left my car in front of my house, he asked me which side of the driveway I wanted to leave it on Did an excellent job of parking in my car perfectly The price was very reasonable Called a few other towing companies They were almost double Gino’s price Keep up the good work guys👍

I would not use them at all. We called them for a tow and they took forever and when I got a ride they said they where 30 mins away so I locked my truck up his the key and told them where they can find it and I didn’t get my truck back until almost 12 hours later and I have missing items that was hidden in my center counsel under stuff and literally looks like it was gone through everything not the way it was items that weren’t even in the center counsel was in there. I questioned them and they say it was left on the side of the road like and my truck was locked and doesn’t look like anyone broke in and my keys where hidden. Police report has been made so I would not use this company at all there thieves.

While I was in town visiting my mom for the holiday I took her Jeep for an oil change the day before Thanksgiving and discovered she needed upper/lower ball joint replacement. Gino’s got me In first thing Friday morning and out in a few hours. Great waiting area with a Christmas tree, fireplace, and TV! Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics! I listened to the dispatcher take calls while there for the tow trucks, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend shop and towing!

Thos is a non emergency tow. Meaning he can drop the vehicle off for the owner on the side of the road instead of blocking the entire roadway. Youre not that special. Your job doesn't automatically mean inconveniencing others.

Car was towed there while out of town , not an issue it happens. While towed there and in the care of Gino’s my purse , perfume and a few other things were stolen out of the car .let the lady in the office know that I was Getting notifications that my car was being through, Lady in the office made it clear that she didn’t care and my stuff being stolen was not their responsibility. My car was left unlocked by the tow driver which again my car notified my phone and every door that was opened including the back hatch was notified to my phone. Very shady business. Also I was told that I was Charged for the driver using the tow truck to pull the vehicle out of the tow yard , lol he literally asked me for my keys and drove it out . $500 for my car to get towed , gone through and items stolen with a response of not our problem. Clearly Gino’s has some untrustworthy and unreliable people working for them. Also my car has a scratch going down the length of it !

Chris was so helpful in getting my F-150 loaded and towed from Longwood to Daytona Beach. He showed up and had my truck loaded and tied down in minutes. I highly recommend Gino’s after this great experience tonight. He was professional, personable and he praised this company. Thank you Chris and thank you Gino’s towing!

yesterday I called AAA three different tow companies came out for the same job! Gino’s towing was the only one that can get the job done mind you this was pretty late at night! But they got the job done! Kudos to them!

Very unprofessional company I explained everything to the person on the phone about the repairs I wanted done on my 97 Buick Riviera once it was towed to their shop for a bad water pump. Instead of doing what I asked they did what they wanted,no replacement of the timing chain,no replacement of both belts or tensioner as requested,but boy they sure charged me like they did. Outrageous price for pump and belt. $978.00 for a 5 day repair,every time I called they were still waiting on parts. I called for the parts and every parts place had them, liars and thieves 5 Star ⭐ Update...as foretold the belt and tensioner I requested to be replaced failed and my Son is stuck on the side of the road in this downpour with no power steering, no power. Thanks for letting me down

This was the best towing experience. I've ever had the dispatcher. Was awesome, professional and polite. The driver was very professional and polite and respectful they were prompt. And reasonably priced on top of everything else. I can't believe I will not. Call anyone else. Highly Recommend 5 star. Service. Thanks, guys.

Gino’s helped me out in an emergency. Picked my truck up late on the Fourth of July and fixed the problem. Any issues that popped up were taken care of immediately. Great service and I highly recommend them.

CALL GINO'S BEFORE YOU CALL ANYONE ELSE ! Start to finish their service was prompt and professional. Very straight forward. Our incident: My son's ford mustang stalled in heavy spring break traffic on the drive home from siesta key. My wife first called "AAA" (Triple A) to dispatch a tow and between many calls back and forth, the car sat there for 3 days ! AAA told us repeatedly they dispatched a tow from other companies but no one showed. My advice, Do NOT USE AAA, just CALL GINO'S TOWING DIRECT. I simply looked up towing near me on google and his towing company number was listed. He had my son's car picked up within the hour. He asked me where I wanted it towed and I asked for a mechanic resommendation and he said they have a garage too and they do some mechanic work. He diagnosed the vehicle within a day, and had it repaired in well under a week. We needed a new fuel pump and battery. The cost between the tow, new battery, and fuel pump was well within reason. I had to fly back down to get the vehicle so I ended up driving the car all the way back to Ohio from Daytona Beach. The car ran perfectly and with no issues at all. I Got it home and had it inspected at the dealership just for a lookover, and the said the workmanship was just fine, they would not have done it any differently. Also worth noting, we left money in the car, a nice stereo system, and several items that could have easily been removed (by anyone). Not a single thing was taken, everything was there. If you need towed, I'd recommend this towing company to any friend or family member. - Thanks, Rich

Worst Experience Ever. Charged 532.50 For a Tire Mount and Dismount even though we supplied the tire with the rim on and the tire was inflated. Inflated prices for an out of town company. Pleas e take your business elsewhere. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!! They stated they didn't have the right equipment. Our driver drove the vehicle to their shop and they charged a "Relocation Fee". Crooks!!!!!!!!!! UPDATED Review: 3:44PM March 25, 2024. What type of towing company doesn't have air on their repair trucks?? How do you change tires without an air compressor. So all your vehicles would have to get towed to your shop for air?? it sounds like you make excuses to over charge your customers. Horrible business practice. All of our spare tires have air in the tire and a professional tow company would know that all Heavy duty vehicles have air compressor that can be used to pump up the tire. Lack of knowledge will cost the customers in the end!! Edit 3/25/24 4:13pm - we did not have the right equipment to air the tire, as we were told incorrect information before coming out. Had we known, we would have sent out the correct truck/driver. Tow trucks do not have air on them, service trucks do. Being that we were told it was an aired spare, we sent a tow truck not a service truck to assist. No re-location fee was added to the bill, the bill states as pictured "heavy-duty tire service, mount & dismount". Nobody was over charged, you were simply charged for the service that we happily provided and completed. From the looks of it, you're very knowledgable on tow companies, keep us in mind when you open your own company. Have a fantastic day! UPDATED: March 26, 2024 - Your comment just shows how amateur Gino's Towing Service is. Who sends a tow truck to do a tire service job? Common Sense would tell you that a tow truck is for towing and a service truck is for tire repairs. I would do a great job at running this company, then who's running or dispatching out now. I would at least be able to send the right vehicle for the job instead of having the customer drive to the shop and charge them astounding prices. To All Future Customers Beware, they cannot even send the right vehicle.

Wonderful company/owners! They definitely went above and beyond for our family! After our car left us stranded for hours with multiple failed attempts to Uber our large family, this company went out of their way to make sure we made it back to our room safely! Even brought us cold drinks since we had been in the heat! This company made sure to make us feel like more than just a business call. Towing service was also fast and affordable! Definitely recommend using their services!

Gino was so kind to my grand daughter who had broken down on I 95 on her way home. She was all alone. They made sure she was safe. The next day I went up to arrange for AAA to have my car towed. Gino came to me after seeing me sit there for 2 hrs. And explained AAA does not have a local towing company. I gave Gino my business. His driver kept me informed when the car was on the way to the mechanic. I have never experienced such nice people in the towing business. I would highly recommend them.

Our car broke down while we were in Daytona over the weekend. We live and work in Orlando. No towing company, not even our Car Ins or Triple A would tow it because we had to be there and the miles were limited to 15m - called Gino’s got a quote told them my story, they towed it for $175 , 60 miles away, we didn’t have to be there. They picked it up and dropped off with no issues. They called me to confirm, lady sent me a receipt. Literally a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend!

I have a modified car that is pretty low to the ground. I know that can be a huge pain to get onto a tow truck, but Gino’s still helped me out. The guy who came to pick it up was clearly very experienced and professional. He was polite the whole time and was careful with my car. Most companies would probably refuse to tow a car like that, but Gino’s did an amazing job.

Dino was referred by another tow company because the repair shop was closing before the drive could tow it. The other company said they help each and they will honor the price I had been quoted. When I called Dino’s towing the man said yes to helping and price. NEVER said he was charging me anything different than the $85. Well he charged me $125. When I called the company about being charged an amount that was never discussed they told me too bad. So moral to the story, they will OVER charge you, basically steal your money so don’t use this company When I inquired about the tow for $85 because “you help each other” the driver responded yes! Never did he say our price is different and the charge is $125. Not one time!

Gino's is by far the best towing service I've used. I had a busted tire and within a half hour Allan was on scene and hooked up. Incredible service, availability, and cost (well below the other companies in the area). I will use and recommend Gino's everytime. They really came through for me, trust this company!

10 STARS... Ran out of gas or 95 bike week weekend.... I know some days are better than others and I never got good luck but the guy was here in 10 minutes !!! Being stuck on the side of the inner state Scares the daylights out of me , See too many crazy crashes on TV. Anyways they save me before a panic attack set in....thanks guys you're awesome!!!!

It took about an hour for them to arrive but once they got there he was super fast. I don't feel like they were very safe though, no towing lights at all. It was dark and I feel like something was needed to show when the driver was braking or changing lanes. Besides that, no issues.
