I thought it was a total loss. Captain Dr. Phil said he's got it. The stakes were high, tention was low. If this don't work The Minnow would be Lost, the Minnow would be Lost. A few orange bags and a 24,000 gallon pump and she rose from the depths of the Sea ⛵🚢⛵. Captain Dr.Phil worked into the night to make sure his customer could salvage this 42 foot beast. The price was the best part. Around half of what the Sea Creatures that scour the waterway looking for victims of their scam. They will stand by and watch you sink with a pump in hand smiling 😁. Not Flagship Towing, I could afford it and no up charges no hidden fees and no shit for brains sea monsters that gouge you. This job was underpriced by probably 25% at least. Captain Dr Phil saw an opportunity to help a boater and accomplished the mission. Cudos to the dude Mark that dived for hours in the dark to right it up safely. Good team good price good men. I can't say enough about the professionalism and empathy the team showed me and my boat.

Talk about a great experience. Captain Phil is awesome and so knowledgeable. He made a high stress situation so much better. I would give six stars if I could. We are canceling our Seatow membership and buying the Flagship membership! Thanks again for you professionalism and helping us save the boat!

I was put in a bind and had to leave in my sail boat before a hurricane hit Florida when I had some issues with my boat and I was stranded the guys at flagship tow was right there to help me figure out my situation anchor and get safely back to land l am truly grateful and 100% recommended them for your boat towing needs

Was taking on water and pulled over to a shoal. Situation was still ok at that point. Still had everything above water and functioning. I called SeaTow and these guys snaked the buisness. Then they drag around my boat for an hour with me telling the guy the plugs were still in the boat. He tried to pull it up snatch it along side the vessel and FLOUNDERED MY BOAT AND SUNK A LOT OF MY IRREPLACEABLE GEAR!!! Along with the bright green hired help he had on board, wrestled boat back over to shoal and improperly installed bags to help raise back of the boat. The air bags mangled up my transom and engine mounts. When he sunk my boat it wrecked and ripped off the lids on the back of the boat. All electrical was toast. Motor toast. Hull toast. They couldn't even figure out the air lines for bags. This was a total loss and I regret ever doing business with flagship towing.

Yesterday at 4 AM one of your Captain's went above and beyond when he came all the way down to Mosquito lagoon from Daytona after driving to to New Smyrna to use a smaller boat after which he motored all the way down to our location, which was about 8 miles from Haulover, to tow us to Mosquito Lagoon RV park. He got us as close as he could to the slip but it was low tide and very shallow so his engines were starting to get stuck. He offered to get out and help me push my boat into the slip, however the water smelled horrible, and i was already wet so I didn't want him to have to smell like that on his trip back so I declined. He used his spotlight's to guide me to my slip and stayed in the area until he knew we were safely docked. I was so tired that I didn't catch his name, however I would love to send him a Tip for his help so if there is anyway I can do that, please let me know. Thank You!

A big, BIG thank you to Phil Goodpaster for getting me and my buddy out of a tight spot today! Phil was the only towing guy on the water that was willing to get off his boat and come assess whether or not he could help us, and he did! Phil was professional, calm, and fair. It would almost be worth getting stuck on a sandbar again just to see this guy! Thank you, Phil!

Captain Phil was a lifesaver! When our boat got stuck on a New Smyrna sandbar ( forgot about the extra low tide from the the full moon and went off for a hike), he not only got us unstuck, but also informed us that our insurance covered the assistance. His knowledge and quick thinking saved the day. We need more Captain Phils in this world!

My experience with flagship towing was nothing short of professional. While at the sandbar our motor got stuck in the up position and wouldn't trim down. We called seatow an towboat us both wanted 300$ a hour or 250$ to buy a membership in order to help us. All we needed a was a flathead screwdriver to manually release the trim unit. Not only did flagship towing not charge us but made sure we was able to get back to the ramp. Sometimes in buisness it's not always about making money on every situation. I went aground while trying to anchor, and Phil at Flagship stopped by immediately to help us out. He was very patient and kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through the potential options, and everything turned out great. I strongly recommend him.

We tied up to a private dock just inside the Ponce Inlet after taking in some water and the bilge pump was not working. We had called SeaTow and were awaiting their arrival when Captain Phil with Flagship tied up in front of us to offer his assistance. We told him that we had already called SeaTow and he said no problem that he would stay with us until they arrived. In the 1/2 hr it took the other company to arrive Phil rolled up his sleeves and assisted my husband in getting the bildge running and locating the leak. If we had known then what we know Flagship would have been our first call. Both Phil and Matt at Flagship were super nice to deal with and genuinely cared about our well being. I highly recommend this company.

Flagship towing was there when we needed them. Thanks to the Captains working the Ponce Inlet. We broke down and they were there to give us a hand. Recommend to anyone needing a tow.

We were heading back to the port when we started taking in water Mathew was just coming out of the port and had seen we were struggling and saved our boat from sinking. Thankfully he was in our path today. Wonderfull person and quick to act and help us out. For sure recommend this company for emergencies with towing in the water 💯

We would like to thank Ben and Wynn for retrieving our Hunter 23.5 from a Mangrove spot where we experienced a hard grounding. If you boat around Daytona Beach/Ponce Inlet, Flagship Towing is THE only company you need!! ..I wouldn't waste time and money on the yellow or red boats!! ..Captain Phil arrived instantly and exhibited expert knowledge of towing procedures and took care of me and my vessel as if we were family!! ..I only trust Flagship when I'm out on the water!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had always just relied on my policy built into my boater’s insurance. I had just recently seen these blue boats scattered throughout Volusia county. Looked them up and their prices TRUMPED the local competitors. Captain Phil was at my boat (I was stuck on a sandbar) in 22 minutes. He had me off what felt like instantaneously. He was informative on the process, polite, patient. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my membership or the service provided.

Loved Capt. Phil! He was very kind to me and my wife and took great care of my boat. I would highly recommend him and will be using him and Flagship Towing again!
