We broke down coming home from camping while we were pulling our camper. I called Johnson's towing and within 10 minutes Robert had arrived And loaded our truck onto his wrecker and hooked our camper to the back and we were on our way home. The next thing you know one of the tires on the camper blew out and Robert very calmly and politely change the tire. We went on down the road a little ways and had another blowout but he made sure we made it home safe and sound. I highly recommend them to anyone in need. Excellent service. Excellent customer service and an excellent driver whom we are very grateful for
Very nice professional people here , Especially Ms. Amanda. She went above and beyond to help me with it an issue that I was having with the insurance company. After my car was totaled by their at fault driver. Thanks a lot Ms. Amanda you are the best.

The gentleman opened my vehicles in no time at all. The alarm went off, I didn't know what to do because the keys were not in the vehicle. He immediately jumped into action and stopped the alarm. He had great customer service skills.

One a site note: Before that AAA had assisted me. As a result "Higher Power Towing" told me 90 min wait time and after 3 hours nobody showed up.
The time the tow was dispatched and when it finally reached me was unacceptable (almost 8hrs)!!! Once on the scene, my experience with the driver was 5 out of 5 stars
