I had such a wonderful experience at Tire Outlet. This was my first time using their services, and I’ll definitely be returning. Even though they were really busy, the techs were incredibly kind and created a comfortable atmosphere for their customers. They helped me get back on the road quickly after I needed a new rear passenger tire. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and willing to help you find exactly what you need. They were also willing to put the tires in the truck so I could see how they fit and looked. Most companies wouldn’t do that for you, you’re just kind of stuck with what you get. Have definitely earned my business in the future.

I stopped by the store to have some air added to my tires and the manager immediately took care of it. I had them provide me a quote for two new tires and the quote was great and they ordered the tires which came in the next day. I also had them provide me a quote for my ATV and the quote was great also so they added them which they installed the same time. This company is great to do business with, I give them an A+++.

Brandon was a very professional and kind man as he took care to manage my service as well as many others. He and Carl went beyond quitting time to get me back into my vehicle. My old Jeep was a challenge to have the repair service required to have me drive away safe but the Dynamic Duo did.

They did an amazing job installing my tires on my truck. Customer Service was Immaculate I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very nice gentleman. Very helpful and I am trusting them after my mechanic Joe left from Tire Kingdom. Went back and I can say that I have found the place where they are very nice and explain everything and the best very sincere with us women that only know how to pump gas 🤷‍♀️

They always have an honest, experienced crew. They have completed services on 2 different vehicles that I have owned. They take the time to understand your needs & they don't try to upsell you on services that are unnecessary.

I went into tire outlet for an oil change and letf there smiling. They really did check and level off all of my vehicles fluids rotated the tires, and informed me that the service was at 50% off that day. Excellent customer service and they will continue to be my trusted auto mechanic.

Very good customer service from the time of contact over the phone. I was set up with a same day appointment. In less than an hour I of making the call, I had drop the vehicle off and was out of there.

My Steering wheel is nice and tight and it handles perfect now just the way I want it to. They fit me in when I didn’t even have an appointment and props to them not giving me any hassle for extra services they did the exact service I requested and even listened when I pointed out a potential coupon that might work. Awesome place to go for a good priced wheel alignment.

Needed oil change. Found i needed a couple large repairs. Price, it is what it is, i needed it repaired for my safety. It was repaired quickly. Correctly, and the staff were very pleasant to work with me and explained what had to be repaired so i understood. Thank you,

I went to this place November 8th with troubles with my car coming from another place and the customer service was above and beyond. Brandon Cain helped me (Vlad) he was understanding and helpful so much I definitely will be coming back. 10/10 from me.

Very happy with service. I made an appointment online for a set of tires, although the brand I ordered wasn’t available, I was promptly offered an upgraded brand with an immediate rebate. Timothy was very kind and knowledgeable explaining any questions I had. The office area is very clean and warming with USB outlets available in case you need to be on your laptop … Thank you.

Repeat customer. Took my truck in 10/31/2025 for an oil change and front brakes. Chose not to do the brakes and just went with the oil change. Tech brought my truck out to me with oil all over both front fenders and on the driver's door frame. My truck is white, so the oil was easily visible. I had to ask him for a clean rag to wipe all the oil off. I left TO and took my truck to the local Toyota dealership to have the brakes serviced. The service tech asked me "What happened with your engine? There's oil everywhere. Did you recently get it changed, or is there a leak?" I explained about the mess Tire Outlet left on the truck earlier. He said "Yeh, they left a mess underneath, too. The tech should've cleaned it up. There's no reason for that." I've had four oil changes and purchased tires from this Tire Outlet location, as it's convenient and I like to support local businesses. Service used to be good. Not sure what's changed. Not sure I'll be back.

I called during a tire emergency and they assured me they could take care of me! From the moment I walked in and until I left everyone was so nice. Definitely fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

I travel around the country for work and was around Palatka when I found a bolt in my truck tire. Made an appointment for the next morning at Tire Outlet to get it patched up. Tim was behind the desk and helped me out and great customer service. 30 mins and $26 later I was back on the road. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Tire Outlet Palatka, thanks guys

I was very impressed with the service I received for my Tesla model S recently. I had a completely flat tire, and needed to be towed to Tire Outlet in Palatka. From the moment I arrived, these gentlemen, especially Brandon, were courteous, extremely helpful and very professional. I haven’t been this impressed with a place of business for a very long time. Even though I live in St. Augustine, I intend to continue to give Tire Outlet my business. And I am recommending them to all of my friends. Thank you!

I have had several vehicles serviced, repaired, tires replaced etc at this store and will continue to do business with them. They are always quick, efficient and up front about cost. Tim and Scott will always get my business.

8/6/25, I just talked to Tim and our conversation went well. I was interested in getting a brake service in the near future. I shopped around and Tire Outlet had the best price. Previously, I had purchased tires for my 2019 BMW 430i Grand Coupe. I was pleased with the charge of the two tires and the professional customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone if they asked me. Keep up the GREAT work guys!

I am so pleased with my 4 tires. I had an appointment for next week but decided I better get it.One changed right away.I came and got all four tires with no appointment and literally.I was out in like thirty five minutes.They were very quick which was amazing. A great price and the staff was very helpful. And the gentleman on the phone spent fifteen minutes with me on the phone, helping me shop for good price tires.So I didn't have to come in and do all that.So I was very appreciative..And I would definitely recommend this place.

Had taken my wheels and tires to a local place and they were booked solid. I went to tire outlet and they got me right in as they were just to dis mount 4 tpms from 4 old rims, onto a set I brought and 4 new tires. They were fast, very reasonable and took care of me. I installed the wheels and they were balanced perfectly. I will be a returning customer to tire outlet in East palatka.! Thanks again for everything!

Great service. Great attitude and energy from all the people there. Kevin, help me determine the problem in my car, gave me viable solutions, and not trying to make me waste money. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes, changing two front tires.The guy at the front desk, was also very nice and pleasant. I thank these people as my trip did not take more than 30 minutes delay to see my family.

It was wonderful. I showed up at 4:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Hunter was great. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and his voice was very calming. He even offered me a veteran discount. He explained all about the work that was going to be done, and all the warranties afterwards. He checked on me several times while they were doing the work on my car. Kevin is the young man that we moved my tires and wheels, replace new tires on the wheels and return them to the car. He checked out my full front end and rear of the car. He showed me where any problems were and explain to me different ideas of how to fix them. He was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and very light-hearted when he spoke. It made the time more calming in relaxing. Scott is the gentleman that did my four wheel alignment. He explained everything that he was going to do. He also checked out the front and rear end of the car. He showed me what was wrong and how to correct it. He also gave me tips on replacing the strut assembly and rear shocks. His voice was very calming. He was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. This was one of the best places that I have been to in years for any mechanical work. I never once felt lied to, cheated, or treated with sexism. Everything was explained to me, in words that I could understand not being a mechanic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
