Amazing staff that is always helpful and follows what the system shows them. They always confirm everything with the customers before selling parts to insure a correct sell each time the first time.
Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service by a wonderful young lady who works there. Candice went above and beyond the call of duty, I live a mile from the store and my car battery died, I was going to walk there with a hand cart and bring a new one back to my house, instead I paid over the phone and she jumped in her personal vehicle and brought it to my house. I swapped batteries and drove the old one back and she credited me for the core charge. It completely saved me a huge hike dragging a boat anchor of a battery. Very impressive, give this lady a raise!
Wallace and his coworkers were extremely helpful in assisting me in my troubles this afternoon. I give these guys a 10 out of 10 on Customer Service and professionalism would highly recommend in the future for any parts or tools needed in the palatka area!!
Store was new when I visited, but it was clean, had what I needed. I was in and out in about a minute and a half. Loved it. I rarely get disappointed at any Auto Zone.
Just got some spark plugs there. Service was excellent. A lot of auto parts stores do not carry this specific spark plug in stock. It will now be my go-to auto parts store. Did I say, excellent service.
If you need technical advise or a battery installed, DO NOT go to this Autozone. I went there to get a battery installed and was told they could not install the battery because they did not have a computer reset device. (Turns out it was not required) So they called the Palatka store and they said they have the computer device and could install a battery for me. I jumpstart my car and drive into Palatka. I get there and was told they have the device but do not know how to use it. I jumpstart my car again and drove to St. Augustine where they gladly installed a new battery I bought there. Bottom line, if you need any technical advise or a battery installed, DO NOT GO TO EITHER PALATKA STORES! I used to work at Autozone and was embarrassed by their behavior. They have no pride in their work and you could tell, they genuinely did not want to help me. Go to St. Augustine Autozones!
I went in to return a item I purchased, the lady looked at the part and told me that she couldn't refund my mo money because the part looked USED. her words were, it looks like someone used the part then took it off.. and all the business they get from me canceled👉🏾 east palatka autozone
I could tell that this is a new store. When I inquired about it, the clerk said it was newly opened in May of this year.
When I walked in the door, a friendly clerk asked if he could help me find something. He quickly directed me to my item. Excellent customer service.
I was helped today by Peter and had such a great experience. He went above and beyond helping install my battery and making sure my new one stays healthy. Thank you so much Peter!
