These folks are truly amazing. My daughter had a blow out on the interstate and they went out of their way to help us get it off the bridge safely. They came out so quickly on a Friday night after 9:00. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Contracted JR's to move my truck locally. Got a call the day of and had great communication. Driver/Operator was Ron and he was right on time and did a great job. Handled the move with care and professionalism. I'd recommend JR's and Ron to anyone.

He declined a $25 tip and just said to call him again if I ever needed a tow. Was really friendly and so far above what I expected I hope to pay it forward some day.
While moving our pontoon boat for hurricane preparation the trailer had a catastrophic failure. JR'S crew helped get it removed from a busy parking lot quickly and professionally. It was delivered and unloaded at a trailer supplier in great shape. Thanks to everyone for your help.
Well dawn FHP had your vehicle towed because it was parked in the flow of traffic and you had the opportunity to get you vehicle but you choose not to pick it up . We don’t want your vehicle and it cost money for us to get rid of it. So yes you have a lien on you and can’t register anything in Florida . Sorry you are upset but it’s your fault your vehicle got towed .

They illegally towed my car from the side of the road my car broke down was not even gone from my car 45 minutes and they towed it .after me calling the state troopers to find my car that shouldn't not have been towed . I called Jr and said you have my car that was just towed my Buick lesaber he says sorry we are closed and hangs up on me , obviously so he can keep it to charge me more . So I call next day he like 175 dollars and then asked if I could get my work tools out of my car he said no .I was like WTH !!!!! So they illegally towed my car wouldnt let me have my work tools out of to make money to pay for the charges so exactly what was I supposed to do? So I couldn't come up with the money to get it out .why because I couldn't work becaus e he wouldn't give me my stuff out of car . So put a lien on me.so can't get tags renewed . Florida allowes this to happen .
So no car ,no job , no way to get my car out.
So the tow truck people who illegally tow your car has more rights then I do and I owned the car . So I'm gonna wait the 5 years or move from money hungry Florida that gives rights to the tow truck companies and you are screwed and nothing you can do about it .
They moved a boat on a broke trailer for me and did a great job. On time, got it on the truck with no issues at all! Great experience and will use again

Justin saved the day today. Our 2022 Tahoe suddenly broke down and would not restart or shift into gear. Justin was very polite, took the time to make sure the truck was placed correctly on the truck bed and made sure the truck was removed off the truck and parked near the service area. Drove all 4 of us to the dealership, took the time to make sure we filled out the info envelope available and the key left in the after hours box. He even drove all of us back to Gulf breeze from Milton. Would definetly recommend this company .

Tristan saved the day today!! It was hotter than satans armpit outside and after a fitness class, sitting in the sun waiting on a tow truck was the last thing I wanted to do. Luckily some miscommunication allowed me to shower and run a couple errands before I got back out in the heat. So glad I didn't smell like rotten milk, sadly though, I can't speak for my car.
Had multiple conversations with Tristan over the phone to communicate where we were and not once did he ever get irritated!
He hooked me up fast, got me to the shop, and we had laughs about the earlier miscommunication and how messy my car was...in the heat!!
The heat didn't change from how he sounded on the phone and he was very helpful through the whole process!
Ladies....nice guys do exist, they're just out here sweating their butts off in the Florida heat towing our cars because we forgot about the blinking lights on our dash!

Big shoutout to JR’s paint & body for making last Friday (7/21/23) better, they were the 4 th road side service for my truck, the driver ( Tristan) called me and told me he was on his way ( from Milton) and about 20 minutes later he was here. THANK YOU for All your help. Yes if I need a tow/ wrecker I will call Jr’s paint & body.
I'm changing my review due to the fact that I was upset at the time of my first review. The place was very polite and professional, and had a cute dog too. To the owner of the business, I apologize for my first review.
For the most part I cannot say anything bad except that I hope noone has to deal with their car being towed when they are broke. But if you do have your car towed in Santa Rosa county, hopefully he's the one that towed it for you. The rest of these tow yards are ridiculous and they must not have any broke experiences bc they have no cares for any of yours. Jr's has really helped me out twice now and not by cutting me a deal but by simply being courteous and a little patient and not trying to ring the ticket up higher than my monthly income by the time they release the car on Monday. so thank you y'all got my vote on top nightmare I'd rather deal with if that counts for anything it's meant as a definite recommendation. .

I was recently involved a in a car wreck and my vehicle was towed to this place. The entire staff is very professional and kind. Rodney was the tow truck driver and he was really awesome. I had a lot of questions and he answered them. I had a lot of things to deal with on the scene and he was very, very kind and patient with me. It was a very bad day for me and Rodney's great attitude was very helpful and reassuring. The next day, I went to the shop to retrieve items from my car, and the gentleman who was at the office was also very helpful and patient with me. I have never been treated so well and respectfully in such a bad time.
