Gunner was on time right to the minute, took meticulous care of my Kia and was very personable. I recommend this company from Milton 100%. I went through my insurance company for the tow and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was put in touch with this awesome towing company.

Insurance set up a tow for following day. I called them once about the time it was setup for. I was told 60 to 90 minutes out and that he was enroute, and I would get a call. 2 hours later, my insurance called and said that they had canceled. I never received a call from tow company. I am completely unimpressed.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I requested a tow service thru roadside assistance from my insurance and Kell Recovery accepted the request. I requested the tow at 5:43pm. My original ETA was 6:41 pm. I called about 5 mins before the ETA and I spoke with Shawna and asked her was the driver en route. She told me there was 1 car ahead of me currently being towed and the driver would call me when he was heading my way. My ETA was updated to 7:41 pm. I called again about 10 mins after the updated ETA to check the status again and Shawna said the driver was en route coming across the bridge from Milton to Pensacola. Well that wasn't the case. She lied to me!! The roadside assistance dept from my insurance called to update me that it would be approximately an additional 45 minute wait for the tow truck to arrive. I told my case worker to let me call and double check because that's not the information I was just given. Upon calling back to get an update, I spoke to Shawna again and was trying to explain to her that I'd been waiting for over 2 hrs and desperately needed to get home. I also expressed concern that if it was only 1 vehicle ahead of mine to be towed then it shouldn't take 3 hrs to tow 1 vehicle. At that point she became very rude and began to speak over me and tell me that I didn't have any choice but to wait. I couldn't even ask if there was another driver available because she hung up in my face. I immediately called back and Shawna answered again and I asked to speak to her manager. She tells me she is the manager so I asked was there anyone else I could speak to because she is being argumentative towards me and all Im trying to accomplish is getting not only myself back home but my car as well. She then tells me that she already canceled my tow service request so I'd have to call my insurance for another tow request to which at that point I cursed her out and hung up in her face. IF YOU NEED TOWING SERVICES IN THE TRI-CITY AREA (PENSACOLA, PACE, MILTON) PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND CALL ANOTHER COMPANY‼️ They will accept your tow request and keep updating your ETA with no intention of ever coming. Shawna the dispatcher is rude and very unprofessional. Thanks to Mr. Charlie over at M&S Towing, he picked me up in his personal vehicle to get me home to my child until he was able to get a driver to pick up my car. He took care of everything and got me and my car back home safely, no damage all within an hour no thanks to this trash company. They shouldn't even be in business if you are going treat customers this way. I hope they go bankrupt and have to shut down.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had to leave my broken down van on location while a friend picked up me and my several children due to the heat.... Daniel "Danny" gave me a call, made sure I knew what he was going to do, and went above and beyond with excellence!! I hope your manager sees this and gives recognition to Danny. THANK YOU

Needed battery service. The tow driver was so nice and patient with me. Thoroughly explained possible problems and solutions. It was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions nicely and kindly. My battery issue was resolved quickly and I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Excellent service. My car broke down in the Burger King drive thru at 11pm, and Collin came in a reasonable amount of time (due to the time of night it was), he was very pleasant and even told me what was wrong with my car, and recommended a shop, which he dropped it off at. Highly recommended this company, and ask for Collin.

Great and fast service. My tow truck driver was Collin. When he got to the vehicle he told my daughter and I to head home due to vehicle was stopped on a bridge. Thank you Collin and Kell Recovery Services. Yes I would recommend and use them again.

My daughter was traveling from the beach back to college when her vehicle broke down on the interstate. Collin did a great job of retrieving the vehicle and towing it to her grandparents. He was very professional and communication was great. 5 star service all the way!

I must say that I give this company high marks for sending us Collin. OMG!!!! HE WAS SO GOOD AT HIS JOB AND was super friendly. He used care when getting the car ready to be towed. Very knowledgeable and tried to jump the car first. He could see we were stressed and had knowledge of possible reasons why my make and model was doing this . He was so polite and kind, and kept me informed the whole time of picking up my vehicle And kept me posted until he dropped off the vehicle to its destination.There should be a special place or reward for this gentleman. I know from experience Good employees are hard to find actually, the employees need to know what a great job they are doing. I had to call a tow truck after I wrecked my car, and I’m so glad I called these guys.I was really impressed with the service. The driver (Collin) arrived faster than I expected and was super friendly, which made a stressful situation feel a lot better. What stood out was how professional they were. They carefully loaded my car onto the truck and made sure everything was secure.

It was late, I was alone and the spare tire that someone put on for me was flat. Colin showed up, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Before you knew it he had my car towed over put air in the spare tire got it to seed on the rim which he was not sure he could do but it worked! I was so thankful I felt so safe! I made it home safely and he was my guardian angel that night! Thanks again!

Collin is awesome! Yesterday, my car got stuck in the sand. It was quite an ordeal. I was feeling pretty helpless and frustrated. Then, I called a Kell Recovery, and that's when things started to turn around. Collin arrived quickly and was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and professional, and he knew exactly what to do. He assessed the situation, hooked up my car, and carefully pulled it out of the sand without causing any damage. His expertise and positive attitude really made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I was so grateful for his help and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a great experience with Kell Recovery Services. Late on a Sunday evening, my car wouldn’t start when we were over an hour from home. I called for a tow truck, and within minutes, the driver (Collin) was in contact with me. He kept me informed the entire time, took my car to the town I live in (which is not a short commute); was even nice enough to teach me how to use features on my new car that the original salesperson didn’t take the time to explain. Excellent service provided by Collin. He managed to extricate my 8,000 lb plus class B motorhome after it dropped off a curb into sand and bottomed out. He very carefully worked to ensure that he extricated it without any damage to the underside and the various bits and pieces of tanks, plumbing, propane, etc. Highly recommend Collin and the company for a fast, competent response and an excellent outcome Thank you, Collin

Collin was a really great guy. He was very quick (eta was 1h30 and he showed up in about 10-15 minutes) he was very knowledgeable about cars and was considerate to the unique issues my car might have presented. Definitely would work with him again if I had the chance. Also 10/10 conversation as well.

This time Collin came out in the snow and ice to tow my car across town for me and unlock the doors. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at what he does. Unprofessional drivers . Impatient, careless and wreckless drivers at this company! Could not wait his turn to drop off a jeep. Slamming the truck in forward and reverse multiple times almost hitting me multiple times. I’m a commercial driver and this is absolutely ridiculous. I could only imagine how he acts on the road! When trying to call to make a complaint they wanted my info which wasn’t gonna happen. Retaliation is a real issue! This man needs a reality check . He needs to wait his turn to be serviced inside of making wreck less unsafe maneuvers that could hurt somebody! I certainly won’t ever use their service if needed knowing how they drive with customers vehicles on the back!

They were very friendly & helpfull! My fiance was in a accident thank God he was ok but black beauty wasn't so lucky! You can always replace material things can be replaced, loved 1's can not!
