DC was beyond a blessing trying to navigate after a bad accident resulting in a totalled vehicle racking up daily storage fees. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to pickup the vehicle within a half hour saving us more storage fees and paid us an honest fair amount for the vehicle and picked up the vehicle for no extra charges. They were caring, respectful and honest.

It is no mystery they have 5 stars out of almost 500 reviews!! This is a long overdue review. So back in the Summer of 24’ a gentleman by the name of Mr. John helped me out. We were having issues with getting our van off the lot and complications with the title bc it was out of state and everything. He showed up first thing in the next morning(a few hours before they even opened), scooped up the van, got us a deal with taking it off our hands paired with offering a ride if we ever in need or stranded(no charge) and had the biggest heart you could imagine. Not only was he a hustler and hard worker, it was his character and down to earth nature they blew my family and I away. I can’t say enough about him and them. That was our experience and I’m grateful we had because we made a new friend and ofc found a reliable place in this field, if need be:) Thank you 🙏🏽
Great communication and easy to work with. You do have to have some understanding that they are scrapping and not selling parts. You're not gonna get a part out price from them. What you do get is accurate scrap price for the metal and catalytics on the car and a super efficient disposal of the vehicle.
Again, absolutely no complaints, and they will do referral cash for you if you send people their way.
I called DC Junk Cars and got an answer right then. Less than an hour later, my van was being picked up from Ritchie's Auto Shop and I was on my way home. John was very nice and professional. I would recommend them for quick, reliable service. I am very pleased with the whole process.

When I call around looking for prices every other company low ball me for my car and kept giving me the run around.

They were able to meet me outside of normal work hours to accommodate my schedule. They were very professional and made a very fair offer on my vehicle.
