Customer service via the phone is awful. I asked for the availability on a part and the lady said nope within 2 seconds, not even caring to look it up, then instantly hung up. What a disgrace
Signs out front state open until 5:00. Showed up at 4:50 and was not allowed in. The gentleman in the booth shut the glass right as we walked up. Apparently now if you don’t show by 4:45 they won’t let you in. We had our truck and trailer loaded to the max with aluminum and a little scrap. Annoying, we did all that work for nothing.
Now a scrap yard these guys put in some work and they are very helpful with unloading especially the big heavy stuff. Great hours open 7 days a week as well
Called about a cutoff or pieces of frame rail for a frame stretch I have to do on a Pete. They didn't know what standard Peterbilt flexair was, & it was too much trouble to see if they had anything I need. Must be nice to be able to turn business away.
