Shady "keep you away from your stuff" operation here. They don't let you see them weighing out precious metals so you have to trust they aren't cheating you. Meanwhile they keep pushing you away from the scale so you can't see what's going on.

No, that's incorrect. You went back there and asked if it could be brought back up, but they had already buried it in the pile with no way of knowing what was actually ours. Pretty slick little system/scam to ensure full deniability. But don't worry, I haven't been back nor will ever be back, while letting everybody I know about your system for cheating.
I had six water heaters that needed to disposed. You pull onto the scale, get weighed then pull off and drop your scrap in their yard. You will then pull back onto the scale for another weigh check and then get paid. Really easy process and the lady is super helpful! Make sure you bring your driver's license.

Mess up the weight and give you the lowest price for a different type of metal than you are recycling. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are under investigation

This was my first experience at a scrap yard here in Florida. We took some old AC units and few other scrap items. It’s very confusing when you get there & I had an unpleasant experience. UPDATE- I changed my review to 5 star bc BMR CONTACTED US AND MADE IT RIGHT. I’m surprised the owner went out of her way to correct something that wasn’t their fault. Apparently they lease the scales across street and it’s a temporary thing. She apologized and went the extra mile to correct the situation.
If you don't pay attention 😞😞😞 do you like to play number games with your weight and then the price of it can you like taking advantage of people if I could take my star away and put no stars there in post something I would do not come here and drop your medal off
My husband &I have been going to best metal to cash in all of our unwanted metal for years. It is located in a very convenient area for all of surrounding towns!

Been coming here for years and never had an issue! Staff always lets you double check your weights if need be and the office will help correct any discrepancies that might occur! I once got a chunk of metal in my tire and they offered to reimburse me for a new tire! Great place to do business!

My go to spot for offloading scrap from our projects. Staff is always really helpful. Even when I'm uncertain on some of the stuff we're bringing in, they take the time to talk through it. It's great that they are open Saturday, that has saved us a few times too. 10/10, highly recommend!!

Was Saturday and everyone else was closed, i probably won't be back again.. Pretty shady how they do business they never showed the weight to me and wrote the weight with a pen and i give that to the front desk. Yeah I'll stick to my usual place in the future and just wait..
Been going there for 7-8 years now and for the most part, it's always a good experience. I like all the people that run the place and the workers there are hard workers. I recommend going there if you have scrap. Just be careful of nails and screws on the ground, like any scrap yard.
First experience here, and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! They took care of unloading and sorting through all of my material. Very professional environment. It's also very helpful that they're even open on Saturdays! I'd highly recommend.
I just got robbed by this place. Paid me for 1.5 lbs of rough dirty copper when I had at least 8 lbs of perfectly clean copper, 1 piece had some tape on it.. Then tried telling me 30lb of clean Aluminum was "Dirty" because there was 1 oz of a component stuck on 4 pieces. Thieves, I will never go back.. They changed the way they do it, now they give the weight to the office, after dumping your stuff in the bin, so you have no way to argue about it, unless you weigh everything in advance.
