These guys always save the day when it comes to finding the right parts. They are an incredibly reliable and responsive resource, especially when it comes to answering technical questions or navigating the unique situations I always seem to run into.
That youngster with mustache is sharp.
He knew the part number for 2010 dodge tail light bulb by heart.
Even noted not to touch it with your fingers.
From spark plug questions to tire dressing types he knew the products and clearly uses them.

Gary, Tyler & Robert did an amazing job with me, words cant explain, other Oreilly's had me running like a headless chicken. Thank you, this location is ran by amazing people, staff is respectful to the elderly and such an amazing environment to be in, i never thought ill review a place like this, but they did OUTSTANDING!
Went in soaking wet to get wipers. I was in a friends car which I borrowed, the wipers were terrible and I couldn’t see so I went to get new ones so I could drive. No offer of assistance while they sat there in their phones.
Cashier bagged my items and then handed them to me while facing away from me and talking to another employee. I was literally the only person in the store other than the two employees.
I am a motorhead and the craziest this I noticed is that when other stores such as Advance Auto, Autozone etc, doesn't have parts in stock, O'Reilly does! Once again thet came through with a brake caliper that I needed for my Mustang GT. Everyone else had a 2 day or so wait and boom, O'Reilly had it in stock. My go to place for parts Sometimes I wonder why even bother checking the other guys.
Called to purchase a part for my car, was put on hold twice and twice I was hung up on. Called a third time and guess what, no one picked up the phone. I guess they can't multi task.
Thank you for your response. At the least, I should have been called back when you're techs had a chance. I understand having in store costumers can be time consuming and sometimes overwhelming. I will continue to use ORileys, no one is perfect.

They didn’t have exactly what I needed for a small project, but the staff was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Really took the time to inform me of all my options.
Eric saved our vacation. Thought the car we were using needed a new battery for the key fob. Eric noticed the car battery was leaking acid and asked us to move for our safety. There was a sulfur smell coming from the car, and a spark could have caused a fire. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. After the battery cooled, he replaced the battery. We felt fortunate to have found someone as helpful as Eric.
Worst location. Trevor, who refers to himself as a manager, has zero customer service skills, is extremely rude, argues with customers, and thanks it's okay to make unauthorized transactions on your behalf with your card.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because you're not able to give a zero star rate. This behavior has happened to me not once but twiced.
Justin at orileys Clearwater had phenomenal customer service he didn’t hesitate to help me and my two kids get our car seatbelt fixed to be able to go home and I couldn’t be more thankful for him definitely not customer service you typically get! Thank you again Justin!
Nice but never excited about volunteering advice. Dude. I m buying things and asking questions. Auto zone is so much user friendly to ladies. O Reilly is a manly man store.
These guys have been respectfully helpful since day one, even taking time to learn my unique name and spelling. Always answers to questioms never making a person feel foolish for asking. My go to shop for machanical needs.
Great staff! Helpful, informative and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need for the job at hand.
