Went to get used tires. Went to the back was told tires were 25.00 a piece by a guy that worked in the office. Took the tires off the vehicle and removed them from the rim cause rims would not fit my vehicle...took the tires to the office to pay for them...was greeted with a rude woman that told me the tires are 50.00 a piece!!! That's double the price!I explained to her that I was told 25.00 by another guy in the office.. She said " I don't care..I'm the boss,take them or leave them." She was VERY rude and a rip off. Spent all that time there removing tires from vehicle and from the rim just to be told that their word means nothing. Very trashy place. I ask to talk to someone higher then her and was told that she's the boss. Which is another lie!I did not get the tires!
Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. It was a waste of time and energy. I called that morning to scheduled a pick up for 5 o’clock. I left work early to meet the tow truck but not knowing It was never coming. I had to call them and that was when I told the truck broke down. Then he said he would call me after he try to find a truck. He never called back and when I called I got their voicemail several times. I would not recommend this company at all.
Sam and her crew were great.. They offer top dollar for their cars.
