That people is not honest. They said to me by telephone . They going to take my Chevrolet in $500.00. They come after 4 hours ( 5:00 pm) and they tell me going to gift me only $200.00. That people is a fraud, because they tell me one story and 6 hours later only gift me only $200.00. Please don't trust this people. They not honest like us. When we talk by telephone that people don't have problems. They need All the Chevrolet Ventura special edition for Universal studios. Don't said anything about the catalytic. If from the beginning they had told me they only wanted the catalytic converter,is a different story. That people is not right.
Terrible service. Bait and switch. Quoted over $1,000, offered $250 on arrival. Told him I didn't want to sell and he said he drove all the way out there and I'd owe for that. Had to contact probate lawyer which cost me even more. Stay away from Augusto! Took my phone and wanted to "take pictures" to send to himself, supposedly, but posted pictures and a positive review. He knew I was NOT going to provide a positive review after all the drama.
Don't use this business.
Worst Company and people I had business with. Not only they cheat on you. You are gonna get insulted and screamed on the phone. I would never ever do any contacts with them. No idea why they got 5 stars. Must be friends who give it to them.

This was my first time junking a car, I met with Augusto, he was nice, courteous, friendly, made everything simple and a particular thing where I have absolutely no experience. Overall it was a great experience and he’s a very nice gentleman
This company was very pleasant to deal with. They were courteous and came out to pick up our vehicle within just a few hours of calling. The driver who came to pick up the vehicle, Roberto Rosado was extremly nice and kept in communication with us regarding what time he would arrive, as well as when he arrived. We were paid more than I thought for the vehicle which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises :)
