Hello everyone with me and my fiancéFirst time coming to pull and pay they have so many nice things tools that saved my life on parts lol the employees are so nice and kind and made me feel welcomed Big shout out to Mrs Jackson for make us feel welcomed and kind and helping us with everything she possibly could to help us and I wanna make a big shout out to the the 2 lady's in the front they were very kind and nice but overall this is the best place I ever been this is my Orlando mall lol will be returning soon
Pricing is ridiculous. They will try and charge you for every single nut and bolt even if it's an assembly. Comes off as very greedy. This is not a typical junk yard experience. When you price your parts at or near new aftermarket parts, what's the benefit of buying used damaged/worn out parts?
Security is tight, tool boxes searched on entry and exit, no grinders allowed (bad), no guns allowed, tons of vehicles, wheelbarow avail for carting around, parts wash station, only a $2 entry fee, friendly and efficient staff, BIG parking lot. Rows n aisles poorly marked, but stickers on rear quarter panel of each vehicle, works better than crayon on windshields, tells U year, & make. I liked it here and will shop here again. Wish they would spray paint the row # in big letters on wood bordering fence that surrounds the place.
Found what we needed. Helpful guys there pulled parts for a fee. Saved time , hassle, and lugging tools through the yard. Admission price, part were a tiny bit on high side for junk yard.. although their computerized inventory and extremely large inventory made up for that fee!
They were nice and friendly. Also you can get a discount of 10% if you call in over the phone and ask for it. Join the VIP program for free and save as well.
Edit: Now they will even pull a part for a fee and you jut pick it up when it's ready. Good place overall.

Sasha at U Pull & Pay Orlando is the best! Every time I go, she’s super helpful, friendly, and always goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need. She really knows her stuff and treats everyone with respect and patience. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just the job. It’s always a good vibe when she’s around — she makes the whole experience so much easier. Big thanks to Sasha for always taking care of me when I stop by!
I have visited several times because I needed parts for my car and here I could find them. They have very affordable prices and you can visit if they have a website in advance and know if they have any vehicles of the model and year you need.
Been getting auto parts from u pull & pay for 10 years or more. Fair & reasonable prices. Reasonable hours open, plus 7 days a week !
Their website seems to be kept up to date.
This company is better than a regular junk yard.
Attendant Sasha, who checked me in & out this past Friday 9/26/25 was ; professional, pleasant, friendly, polite, informative & also she had a cheerful upbeat personality.! She was instrumental in making my visit that day a good day !.

becarefull cause they will charge u for EXTENDED WARRANTY without asking u... if u get in water bottle is $1 but i think if u going way out they offer free water? idk
My father and I went to the Orlando location today to see if a truck I had seen in the fenced area next to the office two weeks ago had been put out on the lot yet and found it wasn't moved to the lot yet. Thanks to a very nice black lady that works there had said it is there because it has premium parts on it and if I was interested in something specific, I could purchase the parts if they we're there. So I purchased both fenders and the hood. While removing the parts, she brought my father and I nice cold bottles of water for us and kept a watchful eye on us and brought us a couple of more while we we're pulling the parts. The lady went above and beyond too as to accommodate us and the ones taking admission and check us exceeded the expectations as well. Can't say enough about the experience we had. Again thank you to everyone at the U-Pull & Pay in Orlando, FL. It's nice too see the care for customers battling the summer heat & humidity while pulling parts.
At first I thought it was going to be a fruitless quest however a lovely lady came and found me and got me sorted out I was able to acquire almost everything that I was after except some hub nut caps. I recommend this location to everyone!
Pretty good plenty of parking, overall very organized. Certain things were super over picked with not much left to pick off. We paid $2 bucks per person to enter. Workers at the front were nice and offered us some water on the way out, and we appreciated that as it was super hot! Bring an umbrella or something to protect yourself from the heat no matter how silly you look, you will appreciate it.
Well-maintained and organized vehicle graveyard. When you forget to pull your plate off your donated car, they kindly hold it for you. They're hard to reach by phone, but to be fair, nearly every request can be handled online. Many kind thanks to everyone who helped! 10/10 would forget to pull the plate off my donated vehicle again.
Great place for used and cheap parts. Even though prices been going up over the years. I think some parts are ridiculously priced when you can find the same parts brand new Online or cheaper in some cases.
Amazing experience, Jackie, Benito and the team went out of their way to help me secure some parts I needed for my son‘s car and I greatly appreciate how well run and organized the whole operation is. Everyone is super friendly. The prices are great. I’ll definitely be back.

Great service and very nice staff! Found the part I needed for a 20 year old foreign car within 30min and that’s very rare as an ECU is one of the first things pulled out. Very competitive pricing! Very convenient location! I definitely recommend

This place really have upgraded their yard facility now you don't have to play hotscotch with car parts every where
One thing for sure they still charge 2 $ to get in and 15$ dollars environmental fee totaling 17$ plus part and plus core values.
