You walk in and office is discusting.... their sign over door says they open at 8am but we were made to wait til 9am after 2 hr drive to get here.. then they tell us.it will be 2 hrs to get part... The girl at desk is not bright at all will not use this place again
Called ahead as it was a hour and a half drive. Got here hour and a half before closing they tell me they will not pull the part until tomorrow and I'll have to return then to pick it up. Poor business practices effecting other businesses
Website has is horribly outdated with no true information on what is available or even carried as opposed to the competition like LKQ, U PULL IT or even J and B autos. Part of customer service in a business is to actually answer the phone(s) or at least a follow up call back but seeing how there phone service is set up I’m pretty sure to expect the same service in house no REAL RESPONSE. When looking up yards word of mouth tends to hold strong for years with actual proof to show a business or person is whom they state. Don’t waste your time or even the drive if you want to drive and can’t find anything at the more popular and known yards ride to Tampa or even west palm. Smh
I just left here. Broad selecting of foreign bodies andhelpful staff. He made sure we checked every body style that has interchangeable parts for my vehicle. Businesses and people like this makes DIY fun.
