Is charging 0.11 cents per pound of aluminum really too little? Is this the way that this place makes money? It's really fantastic. I would never go back there again, not even to sell a whole boat. I'm sure they'll give me 4 dollars for it. It's a rip-off!!!
In this place my metal weight 10 pounds less and I verified the weight before twice. Something is not right in tha place. I'm not going back. Who knows how many times this happen before.
Trash company they had me waiting for over an hour before they closed then tell me they couldn’t take me they are the worst scrap yard I’ve ever been to
The process to dump your scrap is ok. The employees are helpful. The biggest problem is the people who can't follow simple directions or read the damn signs.
08/08/2023 3:45 pm. I had five stars rating for a few years. But today, when I have brought big amount of wires, I felt cheated. I brought my issue to the gentleman at the countertop, got the answer "I don't care". I asked the manager about rates, my wire grading, correct weighting, - was not able to get the answer from him.
They have huge corporate business going, and I don't feel they care about small suppliers. Never going there again.
A very quick and efficient layout. The longest time I was there was just me dumping out what I needed to get rid of. Intake and outtake was extremely fast. I especially liked the ATM where you scan your receipt and get your cash. Keeps the workers there safe. Definitely be coming back here the next time I have to recycle something.
On Google it says they open at 7:00. They really don't open till 7:30. It really causes you to run behind when you have things to do. So you get here early just to find out you have to wait another 30 minutes
1st time recycling here. The guys were cool and helpful, same with the woman in the office. Gave me the same prices I was quoted over the phone. Another Scrapper helped me with the ATM, which I couldn't figure out on my own lol. All around good experience

The prices here are very low compared to other areas like in Kissimmee I was not happy about this!
The only reason I right this is the for the most of the people scrapping doesn’t have full time jobs and are trying to provide for there families!
So raise your prices !

Number 1 guide.. Staff great, prices are best around. It was easy getting in and out of there... Sometime traffic is crazy getting there but once in y'all be happy you went to them.. Remember like my post of helpful. Thanks much
I literally got robbed by these people and staff I brought in 3 44 gallon trash cans full of aluminum and one with copper. They kept asking me how I got it and started speaking Spanish among each other. Then one guy gives a thumbs up and they start working while laughing amongst each other. I had no idea these people were giving me a receipt for $18 dollars. I am disgusted by this establishment and believe this is plain robbery. I hope this reaches the important people because this is sad.
