They told me someone would come get my car within a time frame and they did exactly that wasn’t late was helpful and got my car where it needed to go in one piece
They were super professional and did a great job of working with my family and I to get my car taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or storage.

My car had a punctured tire at 3am on colonial on an extremely long day/night. I was expecting an extreme price to get it dropped off to my repair shop, low and behold twenty five eight came in for the save. Jonathan came by extremely fast and had my car lifted and dropped off to my repair shop within the hour. If I am ever in a pinch again I am going to twenty five eight and I only want Jonathan coming in with the good vibes to turn my night/day around.
Justin was the best driver I could have gotten. Not only did he arrive in a most timely fashion, he was so friendly and helpful, even to the point of going out of his way to make certain my medical needs were taken care of. I am a Type 1 diabetic, and my insulin pump had run out of insulin. He even took me home to make certain I could get the insulin I needed to make it through the rest of my necessary actions. He is the best, and I appreciate him and the company he works for for being willing to ensure that I remained healthy and safe during a very trying situation.
The service was incredible today!! They got there before the ETA they gave. He tried to help jump the battery, which I thought was the problem, but no. Then he towed my car where it was scheduled to be moved. And even helped me push the car a few feet once he unhooked it, just so I can get it in the spot where we wanted it. He was truly a big help! Quick and professional. Definitely will use this. Company next time and recommend it to everyone.

Justin helped me out after a car accident I was in, and he really made my day better. Very professional, kind, and a great driver. He took my car to a collision shop and gave me a ride home after. I would call him again any time I needed a tow, or refer him to anybody I know needing one. Having a responsive tow service is one thing, but having a driver who can make you laugh after a terrible day is a higher level of service.

The towing company was notified, the driver was dispatched and never showed up. The driver entered false information in the system that the job was completed and left teenagers stranded on the roadside for over four hours and didn’t appear at the scene. Stay away at all cost.
Jun 26th 2025 I used their service and they went above my expectations. I made a mistake when requesting tow on my insurance app, Nelson ( driver) and his office manager resolved it for me. I couldn't believe it. Nelson was very kind and professional on the phone with me. He spoke clear English which made it easy for me. I will keep their phone in my contact for future use.
