Bought an engine from Casey for a Dodge Challenger. We were told the engine was good and tested while running. As soon as we installed it and ran it for the first time we heard a knocking from the top area. I called Casey and told him the engine is no good but we might be able to replace the camshaft and valve lifters since we removed the valve covers and know whats wrong. Or he can send us another engine. He said to go ahead and do the repairs and he will refund $500 to cover parts and labor. Its been 2 months and we still haven't heard from him. Giving a warranty and then not honoring it costs us money and time.
The sales rep Vanessa is awesome. Very patient, knowledgeable, and informative. Customer service was top tier. And they had all the parts I need for my Kia Optima. Would recommend for sure!
I always come here first for parts pretty good on pricing compared to the other junk yards and they get you the parts quickly. I would recommend coming here if you haven’t yet
