Excellent towing assistance on my Tesla. The car screen wasn’t responding and the car wouldn’t move. Thankfully Able sent a roadside technician that knew about these cars. They were able to get my Tesla on their flatbed with no issues or damages and got me safely to the dealer
An absolutely positive experience! From the time they were contacted Scott in Satellite Beach was very responsive, got back to us quickly, and we had a tow in no time. The tow was exactly as quoted, and at a fair price! At its destination, Scott was hands-on with parking the car out of the way. A real pleasure to deal with them, and l would definitely do business with them again.

Able towing was amazing. I called and spoke with frank who got a driver to me within just 30 minutes. My car was in some kind of lockdown mode but they were able to get it on their truck and towed safely with no issues
These people will rob you. I was covered by Geico and was supposed to be charged only $35. The tow truck driver charged me $100, mind you I was at work and had to get back to my client asap. I called Geico and they said they reached out to the company and they will give me a refund in 4 hours. Now, it has been 2 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me anything nor reached out to me. They are other options out there, tow truck driver also left my beige interior with black dirty marks everywhere. -Salome Lopez
Ron was an absolutely amazing individual! I needed to tow my rental car to the nearest budget, which was at the airport. As we all know, must of the time the car service rentals are across the air port and real busy! Ron parked towards the side and helped me unload all my belongings onto a cart and helped me towards the elevator! Truly thankful for such the caring experience! Thank you again Ron!

Called them when my car overheated. The company was amazing the office staff Frank was extremely knowledgeable with my situation and they were able to get to me within 25 minutes. They towed my car quickly and safely.
Unfortunately my mom's rental car broke down and had to be towed. The best part was Able sent Ron to assist. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. She had to ride along with him to the airport for a replacement. She was on vacation so she had a few bags and he assisted her with her luggage as well. He is a guardian angel that made a bad situation better.
This towing company is using one brain cell. Geico dispatched to tow my vehicle, the driver calls to tell me he can’t find the vehicle at the address. Finally towing to my house and sent an invoice from the towing company. Balance due was $238? Complaining to the office and told them Geico was paying. I could not hear the lady talking because someone in the background was talking loudly. Next sent another invoice for $98.00. Paid that and showed driver. It was the wrong amount. Short 5.00. The driver loaded up the vehicle to drive off because the amount I paid was short $5.00. What a fiasco! Do better next time!
Worst experience ever. I broke down on a desolate road and my insurance called this horrible company to come get me. I literally had to wait over 2 hrs when I was originally told it would be 60 mins. I get things happen but nobody contacted me to say anything. I had to reach out after nobody came at the promised ETA. Spoke with an extremely rude guy named Frank who told me I wasn't the only person waiting for a tow. No apologies for their lack of courtesy or communication.He sounded like a complete moron and had zero customer service skills. I came to later find out he was the company's so called mgr. The only reason I'm leaving a 2 was bc the second driver who finally got there after another 30 min explained the company was basically falling apart from the inside out and everybody was stressed out. He was actually a funny guy. He made me laugh so he is the only reason I'm giving a 2. Otherwise, my advice would be to start walking instead of calling Disabled Towing. They're a nightmare.

Dishonesty, manipulative liars, and inexperienced operators towing co is what I have named this company. Stay away from using them!!!
I had my vintage mint condition motorcycle towed by this company. The driver was a younger guy with lack of experience. I had to help him set my bike up to be hauled onto the flat bed after he almost dropped it. That was the first red flag. Then while he was strapping the motorcycle to the flat bed he was fishing the chain end of the strap through my painted parts instead of fishing the soft end of the strap through. That should of been red flag number 2. Finally he set a strap across the front of the tank and we all know what happens when you torque a strap around a finished surface without protecting it.
I filled a claim on it but Able towing co only sent certain photos to my insurance and kept the photos that showed where the driver strapped the front is my tank in detail. I ended up having to either pay my deductible or fix the damage they caused out of my own pocket.
These people are dishonest and will manipulate any claim they can to get out of being responsible for their mistake.
I cant thank Able Towing enough. I put in a request for a tow and they showed up before the arrival time. I had the pleasure of Ron towing my vehicle. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Hands down one of the best I've dealt with. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was sitting beside the road because my car tire was out. The tow guy Ron called me to get info on where the car was and he said he would be to me in 19 minutes. And Ron got to me in 20 minutes like he said and he was very careful not to damage the car worst than what it was. And was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate him helping me, he did a good job.
Called roadside assistance through my car insurance for a flat tire. Fortunately, I was close to home. Frank (the manager) responded quite expediently and provided outstanding customer service. He transported my vehicle with great care and efficiency. He was courteous and informative, and answered all of my questions. My insurance company reached out to this Tow Company and I was very pleased with the service they provided. They arrived in timely manner and also updated me multiple times on the status of their arrival. My vehicle was towed to a store without my presence and the driver went out of his way by going into the store and checking on some things for me. They made sure my vehicle was safe before leaving the site and also saved me an extra trip. I really appreciated all their help during the troubling time I was experiencing.

I give Abel towing a five stars. They were prompt on time accurate from the beginning to the end. In a hundred degree weather you want someone to be prompt. I didn’t write with the driver and he put it in the exact location that I had instructed him to do I give him hands up thank you Able you want to meet Ron.
I had the unfortunate problem of having my rental car break down 20 minutes after I picked it up which was a difficult situation. However, Able sent Ron to pick me up. Ron was a very skilled driver who is very friendly and helped make a difficult situation a little bit better. He was very knowledgeable about towing and safety. I hope I never break down again but if I did I hope they send Ron.
