McCoy towing’s service technician, Jay, was very prompt, courteous, respectful ! He went out of his way…above and beyond the call…We were very impressed and appreciative of Jay. He called us, to advise what ETA was, where he was. He didn’t want us to wait for a long time, so he picked us up first before re-fueling his truck. He even offered to stop at a store to get my wife &I refreshment and whatever we needed. He was genuinely concerned about us. I/we felt really safe until he got us home. This towing company is awesome! Professional, kind and transparent. I had my car towed by them twice in one week and both times they were quick to help me! The 2nd time, I had an all star named Isaac. He went above and beyond with customer service by providing me constant updates and double checking the locations he was picking up/dropping off at. They offer UOTM discounts and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!

Hands down the best towing service I've ever had. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he went absolutely above and beyond helping me out when my truck decided it didn't want to turn over. He was able to get the engine fired up and still towed me home, while giving me some ideas about what the issue could be. 11/10 amazing customer service, and great conversation to boot!!
