Customer was great but they don’t have communication with driver. Customer service said that they will be here in an 1 hr after 4 hr i call back and they told me that the driver got here where i am and apparently didn’t see no one here, when im here since 6:45am waiting for the tow truck to tow my car. Really unprofessional and irresponsible also customer service said that they were calling me and i declined the called but im here waiting for them and not even a call to my phone. I Really not trust this company at all. It seems that they don't want to work or help our community. I really don’t recommend no body to call this irresponsible tow company they let you wait and wait until you call them back so they can say “oh driver when to over your location and nothing was there” “the driver was calling you and you declined the call” and im just here waiting inside my car waiting for them for hours and not even a callback to let me know what is going on i call them at 6:45 am and is 11:50am and i just called them and they just cancel my pickup order because apparently the driver said that i decline the job when he never called me or even got here where I am. Really bad service don't recommend to no body that are going through the same thing im going to. Really but really bad service as a tow company

Jason and McCoy towing - AWESOME… My father-in-law was visiting from 90 miles away in his new to him used car. Something went wrong and he was freaking out. Jason showed up - loaded the car, took it the 90 miles in rush hour traffic to the house. Kept me updated the entire time - dropped the car - sent photos. A true professional in the towing business. We all hate calling tow companies, and we all know why. They’re usually smug jerks who seem like they’re doing you a favor and not a service. The emotional torment I went through calling these low level towing companies who frankly I’m baffled are still in business, was immediately undone by James the manager of this establishment. Made it easy, smooth, and gave me the fairest price comparatively speaking from the scalpers I was trying to do legitimate business with. Thank you JAMES and thank you JASON, my driver.
Called roadside assistance and they sent McCoy Towing out. It was my first time ever having to call and was a little nervous about possibly having to get my car towed. Jason came out and talked about what was going with my car. He suggested we try to jump it before we towed it. I have a hybrid so it was a special way to jump it then a regular car. But it turned out it just needed a little juice. Lol. He was so nice, respectful, and answered all my questions. Best part is I didn’t need a tow. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone. If I ever have to call road side assistance again, I’ll be sure to ask if I can request this company!
Jayson was outstanding, told me not to worry about a thing he's got this. 75 miles away he said he'd call me when he was at my gate. I expected 10 or 11 o'clock pm but boom shortly after 8 pm he's backing into my driveway! Wow I'm impressed with his politeness and professionalism. Thank you so much.

I scheduled a tow through AAA to be picked up in Orlando and taken to Cocoa. Within minutes I was contacted by Jason from McCoy Towing. He advised that he was enroute and that he could get to me in about an hour. Right on time, within the hour, Jason was there and ready to load up my van. He was friendly, personable and super accommodating. I had sketched a specific location for the van to be dropped on my driveway and mentioned that I have several dogs and asked if he could be sensitive when he made the drop off so as not to alarm them and cause them to react. Jason without question agreed and added he would send me pictures of the van after he delivered. About an hour later, I received a text with 5 pictures of the van dropped exactly where I asked him to. When I got home, my wife (who was home when the van was delivered) didn't even realize the van had been delivered because our two sheperds hadn't reacted to the delivery. BRAVO to Jason and McCoy Towing for the absolute best serviice I could have hoped for, BRAVO!!
Jayson and Eric came out last night to assist us. My daughter’s tire blew when we were close to home. He kept me informed, was very polite and accommodating especially being a woman and young adult out late at night. They took the key and spare tire and had us go ahead on and they took care of the vehicle went above and beyond on another issue and got the car down and safe. This is what I mean about caring for the customer. Excellent job fellas we both especially my husband appreciate your swift response and safe delivery of our daughter vehicle. Keep up the great customer service! 10 out of 10 service and. Customer service!
Super fast and reliable! I called they gave me a reasonable quote and pulled my car out of my parking garage with a wheel lift truck. The driver was very kind and communicated through the whole process. I received a call from the driver once he reached the dealership and he provided me the name of the service rep he dropped the keys off with. Would highly recommend if you need reliable tow company!
10/28: Had to call again for a tow and McCoy was the first company without hesitation! James who answered was very kind! The quote he provided was very reasonable! Isaac was the driver was very responsive and gave updates throughout the trip with confirmation of pick up (photo included) and drop off! He also waited patiently when I had to pay the dealership fee. This company has been more than wonderful! If you need a tow please call you won’t be disappointed!

McCoy towing’s service technician, Jay, was very prompt, courteous, respectful ! He went out of his way…above and beyond the call…We were very impressed and appreciative of Jay. He called us, to advise what ETA was, where he was. He didn’t want us to wait for a long time, so he picked us up first before re-fueling his truck. He even offered to stop at a store to get my wife &I refreshment and whatever we needed. He was genuinely concerned about us. I/we felt really safe until he got us home. I would request him again, and again,, even if I have to wait hours !!! Jay IS an asset to McCoy Towing ! Thanks Jay !

Isaac was an amazing driver. He arrived quickly and maintained great communication. I was in a parking garage in a tight spot and he was able to skillfully take my car without further damaging it and transport it safely to my house.
