Absolutely the best service we have had from anyone in our 10 years in Florida. We had already had someone come out and "attempt" getting our truck off the dolly when it was stuck after an accident and had shifted forward off the ramp. When I spoke to Eli over the phone I told him we couldn't afford the price we had been quoted by multiple different companies and he worked with us. Putting me completely at ease after a very long night. Gustavo came out and he didn't give up. Dripping sweat, with a smile on his face looking at every possibility until he finally managed to maneuver it so we could back it up. Not only was he kind but very intelligent in his line of work! These people know what they're doing. Will only be using their services in the future!
Excellent service. Called them while in a pinch, the dispatcher named Josh was very attentive and efficient had someone to my location in 10 minutes.
Christopher who later arrived was very helpful and quick in transporting my vehicle while also giving me some helpful advice and recommendations.

Josh on the phone was very nice and helpful. My tow truck driver Chris was very quick to arrive. Chris was super nice and very professional. They made everything very smooth. Off from work I get in my car to head home! My car starts to jerk really bad, it wouldnt drive over 40 and it sound like the breaks were screeching even tho I wasn’t pressing them! I pulled into a store did a quick google search because there was no way I was driving it home..I live in Lakeland and work in Orlando! i called and spoke with Eli(an angel on earth) He got me picked up in under 30 mins and I was on my way home! At the end of our vacation we had a vehicle emergency that left us stranded on the 408. Eli from Stellar Towing and Recovery was extremely helpful and understanding that we were from out of town. Their whole crew worked to get our car to the shop. We felt safe and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

Christopher was my driver and he kept in communication with me and was able to get our vehicle where we needed it to go he did a great job. Car had a dead battery that I just couldn't get started so I called on Stellar Towing & Recovery to relocate my CLS550 from my driveway to the repair shop. The driver was the most courteous and professional technician I have ever encountered with a tow truck. He used the utmost care in loading and unloading my car on the trailer. His communication on his way to the house and after he dropped the car off was excellent. If you ever find yourself, friends or family in need of towing services - don't hesitate to contact this company. You will have a great experience.
Christopher was amazing it did take a while for them to arrive but it’s ok he got us home safely which is what mattered and answered all our questions that we had. He exceeded our expectations he was also considerate and allowed us in his truck because it was raining and didn’t leave us standing outside. I will definitely call stellar towing for any other services that we would need in the future. Dispatch as well was great although I called multiple times they were very patient with us and apologetic for the wait time. Thank you Christopher you’re awesome!! And their pricing is very reasonable I called other companies and they were charging way too much for such a short distance I will highly recommend stellar towing.

My daughter and I are visiting Orlando from Wisconsin, and I rented a car. This morning, I found that the battery died. I researched the highest rated towing service in the area, and Stellar Towing & Recovery was at the top. Josh quickly dispatched Christopher to assist. Christopher was very patient, conscientious, and kind. After the jumpstart, he suggested I run the car for 25-30 minutes so that the charge would hold. After running it for 40 minutes, I turned off the car, and immediately it would not restart. I connected with Josh to solicit the help of Christopher, who returned immediately. I requested a second jumpstart and decided to return the car a day ahead of schedule as we have an early flight to catch and cannot afford a repeat. Based on the reading on the battery monitor, Christopher was concerned about the reliability of the battery getting me back to the car rental place and offered to tow it instead. I truly appreciate his concern for my safety as I couldn’t afford to break down on the expressway given the heat. The cost for both services were reasonable, and the kindness and courtesy showed to me throughout the whole experience was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

Our van broke down and would shut down power steering and other tech/mechanical problems. We were 1 hour and a half away from home. We called Stellar and 10 minutes after the call, the tow truck showed up. Since we didn’t have a ride home we were able to sit in the tow truck with our great driver Christopher. He was very nice and courteous and was professional and got us and our van home safe and sound. Strongly recommend Stellar Towing and Recovery!!!
