This company has a representative over the phone that was misleading she told me $375 for a 30 yard and I said I got a $60 discount for first time customer so she said that’s $315 and then I asked her how much for the smallest one which is a 10 yard and she said $315 so you figure this out by yourself I’m sure you can…

"I had a terrible experience with this dumpster company. First, their customer service was very slow, and they couldn't give me a clear answer about the availability of the containers. Then, when they finally delivered the dumpster, it arrived much later than the agreed time, which delayed my entire project.
The worst part is that the container was in poor condition: stained and completely dirty, which I did not expect from a company that is supposed to handle waste professionally. On top of that, the pickup process has been a mess. The dumpster has been on my property for 4 WEEKS, and they still haven't come to pick it up! I have called several times, and each time they tell me they'll come soon, but no one ever shows up.
This lack of commitment and professionalism is unacceptable. Not only have I wasted a lot of time waiting, but it's also taking up space on my property. I do not recommend this company at all, as they fail to meet deadlines or provide basic quality service. I will never use their services again."

Stay away from Interstate Recycling Waste. Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this company. They have not picked up their dumpster that has been parked in front of our house for a while now despite our efforts. No communication, no accountability. Save yourself frustration and do not deal with them
This is a very bad company. Full dumpster has been sitting in the front yard for a month with no communication from them despite numerous calls, texts and emails. Now, Hurricane Milton is coming and still this company refuses to give any indication of their plans despite this being a safety concern. The city of code enforcement is trying to reach out as well but I guess these owners don’t care about the community or safety.
This company does not do business properly. We agreed to a 7 day rental, and their dumpster is still sitting on my property over five weeks later. No one will answer our calls, texts or inquiries.

I called at 12:00pm asking for a 20ft dumpster, they immediately got my info, connected me to an agent, and had a dumpster at my property by 1:30pm. Amazingly fast service, extremely professional, I will definitely be using IRW again!
My colleague purchased a property and Interstate Recycling Waste had a dumpster already in place there that The previous owner had a past due bill for and Interstate insisted that the new owner, which is my colleague, pay the bill. I had a phone encounter with Ms Ortega on the behalf of my colleague and Ms Ortega got very rude and upset about me simply stating that the bill belongs to the previous owner. She told me that she does not care about a change in ownership and that my colleague needed to pay regardless. I never got rude or disrespectful or got out of character as Ms Ortega did. I just kept asking her to help me understand how can someone be responsible for someone else's bill, which has someone else's name on it. Ms Ortega stated that if the previous owner's bill isn't paid by the new owner she will bring back the previous trash that was picked up, and dump it back onto the physical grounds of the property. I asked her if she would really do such a thing and she said "YES because I don't give a "f" (she used the profanity word). I can't remember a time when a company representative was this rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to met. I simply did not understand where the anger was stemming from in this situation. Good customer service, amongst other things is definitely lacking here
The folks at Interstate are very professional and provide outstanding service. I'm a homeowner redoing my driveway so wasn't very familiar on the process, but Kelly and her team went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this company to others in the future. They delivered a dumpster on Thursday. We were remodeling a bathroom starting Friday. Contractors were done on Sunday and called to have dumpster removed on Monday. When I got home today, all the debris was scattered all over my lawn and the lawn was all dug up. When I called, they tried to tell me that wasn’t our dumpster and that it was delivered to the wrong house. Since no one paid today, they just dumped it. If it was the wrong dumpster, then where was our dumpster and why did the other house not call to say, “Where’s our dumpster…it has been 4 days!” And if they brought it to the wrong house and it was their mistake, why would they act so rudely and trash my yard. We have small kids and pets and it is very dangerous. The woman on the phone was not apologetic at all nor offered to help resolve. Do not do business with this company!!!

I just completed putting a new roof on my house. I originally was going to make five or six trips to the dump with my small trailer. I called and got a quote for a 10 yard dumpster and made my order in the morning about 10 am. The dumpster arrived at 4 pm. SAME DAY. The driver dropped it right where I wanted it. We filled the dumpster with a 1700 sq ft roof worth of shingles and replacement plywood needed. Called for the pick up and they were here the next day. The same driver came in and scooped it up. Cudos to Saul and the gang at Interstate. I highly recommend them.
I must say this company is the most effective, reliable and responsible when you need dumpster rental services!! They provide same day service at a very affordable price. Their staff is very responsible and they will make sure you're 100% satisfied with their work. Totally recommended!
