They sold me 2 cars from the actual Orlando Auto Auction (I mean no other dealer but them personally) totally trash. One bad transmission and the other one crashed and just “repaired” to disguise it for the photos. I know we are buying with a risk but it’s obvious that they know what they are doing. Selling problems to someone else instead of being clear in their descriptions. I’m right now in a towing truck going back home with my purchase because it broke on the road home. Shame on you, whoever is running this scam.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson under a "Green Light," which supposedly indicates that the vehicle is in good condition. However, the day after it arrived at my dealership, the engine was completely faulty. The engine noise was so loud that anyone could tell something was wrong. When I called the manager to report the issue, I was told that "Green Light" cars are only meant to be driven, not necessarily in good condition. This is extremely misleading and doesn't align with the implied guarantee of the "Green Light" classification. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and the staff's attitude. I would not recommend this place.
A lot of people that are not dealers allowed in. Messing up the Market and taking opportunities from actual dealers.
Cars being sold above market price. You can clearly see these people are not buying for resale.
Some people bring their whole families to find a car.
This is not right. We pay a lot of money for licensing and permits.

I received a 2005 Ford F150 from here on April 25th. It drove good around the lot and everything seemed to be ok with the vehicle. Then as I hit the highway the truck wouldn't go pass 40 mph. So I had it towed to a shop and the trucks needs a new transmission brakes, rotors, calipers, new air conditioner, new cylinders etc... The list goes on. Never again. And the truck had a green light which meant no major problems. Definitely got a

This is my favorite Auto Auction in all Orlando period. I been in business 5 years and I have been treated like VIP all 5 years here. It's definitely an Auto Auction that have great vehicles and some bad vehicles like any other Auction. I choose them over any other larger Auction in Orlando. Billy Joe and her team is the best........
Good friendly staff ! I have been visiting this sale for 3 years roughly . I would recommend attending this dealer only sale on Mondays nights . I would give this sale a 3.5 star .
A little busy on Monday nights, best to come 2 or 3 hours prior to the auction starting at 6:00 p.m. Some of the cars are lemons, so buyer beware! If you are an auto mechanic or you have a body shop then it probably would do you very good business wise.
The worst thing they can have as a service for their customers. The people who work there treat you like animals, they don't let you talk by talking at the same time. They think they are right and they even lock your phone. They do not have education, for me it is the worst in services. Walk away if you can.
Small auction. Mix inventory. Been buying cars from them for a little over 2 years no issue. Most car sold red light meaning as is. Do your homework before hand and bid.
First time attending this auction. It was the middle of tax season and still was able to get a couple great deals. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
I bought two good quality cars for very good prices. Very nice people and good variety of cars... They let you check the car and test drive in parking lot as well. I will love to come again
Okay auction, small compared to most others. Company employees all seem to be friendly & helpful. Many Temp service drivers not so. But over all a good little auction.
