WASTE OF TIME !!! They do not take care of business and it is a one man job. No other workers to help provide services for costumers at all. When I came to pick up my car the owner was asleep and I had to call a few times to wake him up. Then made me wait an hr before showing up telling me 10 minutes was his eta. I will proceed to follow up with this company after this situation and make sure they will deal with consequences
While trying to recover my vehicle that had been relocated I reached out to the number listed online to find it forwarded to a different number that goes to voicemail immediately
Highly do not recommend this rip off he (the owner) makes the price off of his own sorry emotions I called the police and they said they can’t do anything they can’t tell them what to charge they can only help “keep the peace”
Very disappointed by this company service. They damaged the exterior of my car due to not proper storing of the vehicle after towing. Zero customer service, rude and offensive communication!
I locked my keys in car and I call many lock out services in the area all gave me the runaround then I call 1st towing and recovery and they were at my car in 10 minutes and open it very fast AAA +++ Service I Will recommend this company for all auto needs thank you 1st towing Great job 05/20/22
Very unprofessional! Lie about eta more than once! Gave an eta of 60 mins and I waited. I called ten minutes after the eta as I received no updates. Said his driver was on the way twice when I called last one being 30 mins after the scheduled eta, when I called my roadside assistance company abd they called him he told them that his driver is on another job and they will be with me when they're done. I canceled and told them I don't want to deal with him because at this point I don't know how much longer I'll be sitting there. Try someone else please! I recommend Adam towing and recovery!
Very unproffesional people, don't deserve to be rated here. This guy who was order to towing my truck disrespect me and my daughter trying to grab me and push me out of my own car, cursing and demanding cash payment to release my car, I didn't let him tow my car. My daughter had an emergency to used the rest room and parked in the wrong parking in less than 10 minutes (gun pawnshop) this place deal with guns and the owner obviously is ungry and have the wrong parking sign in front of the store, ( no parking over night) this uncomfortable experience happend around 10:00 am. The business parking was empty and there was no need to send an ungry person to scared me and my daughter on the street. We all humans and deserve to be respected.
The wait was worth it there a great towing company I truly recommend them to anyone. They got my Black Nissan Xterra home quick and in tik tok shape. They stayed in contact with me until they arrived that never happens. So if you want a tow call 1st Towing & Recovery!!!!

Wish I could give 0 Stars. Roadside assistance choose them at 8:55am and there was an ETA of 1hr20mins. When I called at 10am I spoke with one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to and she told me it was really busy that they have me marked at 11am and if I didnt want to wait I could call my roadside assistance and ask for someone else. I thought okay thats fine one more hour.. Ive been waiting this long might as well keep waiting. It then became 11:05am and I had called again just to ensure someone were on there way to get my car and upon my calling I proceeded to find out that no one was coming because it got cancelled. I NEVER CANCELLED IT.... After I explained the situation she didnt even care and when I asked for the manager just because of the lack of professionalism of this company she began to raise her tone at me and said she was the manager. SUCH A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!
This people took my car from a visitor’s park. The property owner never said anything about needing a parking permit for a visitors parking. My car was the only one that was taken away when there was 3 other cars that had no visitors parking
The guy was unprofessional and keep arguing with me over the phone when I asked for the address. This people are the worst
This company is unprofessional. I was given a ETA 45 minutes. I waited 2 hrs to hear another 25 minutes. 25 minutes came and went twice. When I tried calling, calls were being declined. Not professional at all.
I would give them zero stars because they took my car when I was parked in a plaza with no tow signs and I was at work closing up the store. They are very rude and professional.
Waited hours when they were "20 min away". What a joke. In response to their reply: 3 different times I was told by them that they were only 15 minutes away. Stop blaming everyone else and giving excuses for your unprofessionalism and horrible service. But hey, don't take my word read the other reviews. Oh wait they all say the same thing.
I also would give it a zero. Received a text that they would be there in an hour at 4:30. Didn't get picked up until around 7pm. Made numerous calls to Roadside assistance and also the company. From the reviews, it seems that traffic seems to always be an issue with this company. Driver sure smelled like alcohol too! I could nor would ever recommend them!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The battery in my car died completely, and I waited all day for a tow truck to take my car to the repair shop, but it never came. I called several times, and each time the owner gave me a different ETA and excuse ("they sent the wrong type of truck," "it's raining hard here, so maybe the driver is driver slowly"). I wasted an entire day waiting for a tow that never came. Never, ever call this company, and the fact that car dealerships contract out to them is insane.
