I called Shane at Just Us towing the day after Christmas to help with a tow from an auto mechanic to the car dealer. Communication went smoothly from pick up to drop off. I would use this firm again and would recommend them to others.
Just Us Towing responded extremely fast and made a stressful situation much easier. Their response time was superb, and they handled my vehicle with great care. The driver was professional, gentle with my car, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciated how smooth and efficient the entire process was. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Was in an unexpected breakdown, and received load up and on my way in about 30 minutes! Way better than AAA services. Would recommend and if in the right areas would call again.
After waiting 4 hrs in the hot sun for a tow we decided to cancel and call Just Us Tow, he got to us within 30 mins! He was very nice and reasonable on his price. I would recommend using Just Us Tow. They did a phenomenal job.

Sadly my car died in the middle of the road, and had to get it towed to the dealership. I called up Just us Towing, and got Shane to help me and on the way to the dealership the friendly conversation with him made forget that a possibly will need a new car.
Shane is very knowledgeable, and quick. I needed a tow, while on the side of 408. My car is very low (less than 4 inches off the ground) and Shane was able to get my car up on the ramp without any scraping. If I ever need to, I won't hesitate to give Shane a call again. 6 out of 5 stars!
They’re amazing! I gained so much trust with them plus their price is reasonable. I saved their phone # in my contact & I’ll definitely recommend anyone to them. I had to call them at least 3 times already to help take my car back & forth so i wouldn’t go to anyone else after their great service.
My daughter car broke down at my job. He arrived quickly after calling him. He went above and beyond and checked my battery to make sure that wasn’t the problem. His price match which was great and he was very kind and professional. I locked in his number in case I need his services again.
