My car broke down on my way back to Kansas and luckily I randomly called the right people. They showed up 10 mins early from the 20 mins they said. They were super professional and very nice. They went totally above and beyond to help me out and even recommended a shop to fix my car and towed me and my dog there. We ordered parts when I got there at 930pm and they even drove across town to pick them up for me!! Super professional and genuinely great people. So lucky to have crossed paths with them. Took off the front lip of my car to get it on the truck and just yanked it off, ended up breaking the lip off the clips.

I contacted Adam about 3 weeks ago to get a quote for long distance towing, as I am 2 hours from his place of business. He gave me a 2 different quotes: 1 for single car transport and another quote for multiple car transports. I was more interested in the multiple car transport so, I explained to him my situation and that my car was at a local lot near his business in Orlando. Adam was quickly understanding and agreed to work with me. However, it was a very very tedious process from the local lot letting them know that I had hired a 3rd party service (Adam) to retrieve my vehicle. 3 weeks of constant back and forth conversations that I had to tie up on my end and while I tended to all of that, Adam was extremely patient and understanding and made it clear that he just wanted to help me get my car back. Adam surpassed his customer service and business needs by going the extra mile for me. Again, I’m 2 hours away and I was relying solely on him and his drivers on transporting my vehicle. My situation was trying because a lot transpired behind the scenes but, I’m beyond grateful and appreciative in how Adam handled business with me. Great service! Super friendly and helpful with info. Cared about our vehicle. Car broke down with windows open and no power to put them up. Rafi noticed and ensured he mentioned this upon dropping at dealership. Text me a picture of the vehicle upon dropping off. Communication was well beyond what I would have expected from a tow company. The only down fall was he quoted me 45 mins from my call until he could be there it was about 1.5 hours however he remained in communication the entire time. Hope to never need another tow but if so will definitely be calling Adam Towing again.
