I have been coming to this shop for years and the customer service has greatly depreciated, I recently bought a part for one of my vehicles and changed it out didn’t fix the issue , brought the vehicle to a reputable shop they said that part was defective I returned to k&k talk to the same guy (Gearld) who acted like he didn’t even sell the part and told me he only makes 10% on selling me the part and didn’t really care or have any concern on replacing or refunding the defective item, long story short I went to triangle autoparts where the customer service and team is amazing and was gladly able to help me out with a new amazing working park thank you JR and triangle auto parts
Best old school parts shop ever, not only was I able to get a difficult part to find but also I got education about my car from them and a referral to a great mechanic!

One stop shop for Diagnostic and Parts. Talk to Brandon if you need diagnostics on your European Car. They also have good prices for parts. If I lived in Orlando, they would be my got to place for sure.
Amazing parts store for European cars. Mercedes Benz South said it would take days to get my parts. They were able to have my parts within hours. Very nice people and extremely helpful!
