Top notch service! After 3 different towing companies Saint Mary’s was the ONLY one to carry tow hooks for BMWs etc. Previous company left my convertible top open in the rain overnight and didn’t even use a jumper to close It!
Crown towing told me that they didn’t tow enough BMWs to warrant the purchase a towing hook!!! $12 part

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR COLLEGE GIRLIES WHO BREAK DOWN AT NIGHT! Dom was amazing and stayed with my friend and I until our ride arrived since we broke down around 1:30-2am. He arrived in less than an hour and half which is significantly better than AAA or any other road side service company for that matter.

Dom was amazing! My car completely shut down in the middle of Winter Park in the pouring rain. I called St. Mary Towing about getting my car towed to my mechanic and Dom arrived in under 45 minutes. St Mary’s Towing is hands down THE BEST towing company in Orlando!!! Romeo was very prompt he got to our location where our car was broken down within only 30 minutes! He also was kind enough to give us a ride home since our car was broken down. A few days later we used their services again to tow our car to a different mechanic and once again Romeo was prompt and waited for us while the employees at the dealership were checking us out. Also, their pricing is very reasonable!! If you ever need a tow, ALWAYS go with St. Mary’s!!!
Dom is the total BOMB!!! Very fast service and great communication. He was able to rescue one of our employees that was stranded and even was willing to check out the issue with the van before towing it! Dom was the man with the plan. I called him at 8:30 Thursday night with an emergency to move my truck. He told me it would no problem and said he could take care of it right now!! I thought I was going to have to wait for hours. He cut me a great deal and was able to move my truck within the hour!! Great guy, very friendly and understanding. Car arrived ,no dents or scratches. Dom was AMAZING!!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!! My daughter was involved in an accident a few days ago & when I went down to help her we did our research & found St Mary Towing had the BEST reviews. I called. No answer but within less than 5 minutes my phone rings & it was Dom saying he had a missed call. We discussed the details & when we were ready called back & he got to us as quickly as he could-he already explained he was busy. He took care of everything including getting her car loaded with no trouble out of a tight spot. After towing when we paid he gave his card & explained he takes care of the students, and others as well, doing other mechanical jobs with warranties. Thus was very helpful as well since her regular mechanic is 2 hours away.

I work for a company called Roadside protect, I couldn't find a provider that was available on a Sunday with reasonable rates and ETA times. Quick, professional service done at a reasonable price! I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism St Mary Towing had to offer me this morning, during rush hour mixed with the crazy hurricane evacuees traffic.
Dom came out to help me with my blown tire and offered his assistance, putting on my spare tire instead of dropping my car off to a place who would perform the same task, which was incredible. He saved me money and I was able to get to work a whole lot quicker. I HIGHLY recommend using St Mary Towing for your automobile needs. Dom was fantastic! He waited patiently for us at the location while we got stuck in traffic, and when we got there he was very professional. He figured out a way to tow my vehicle without causing any extra body damage, which has happened with other tow companies in the past. I rode with him to my auto repair shop and he was very pleasant conversation too! Efficiency, speed and the affordable price means I'll ask for Dom whenever I need towing in the winter park area.
In May I called to make an appointment to have my 25 foot travel trailer moved from storage in Altamonte Springs to a repair shop in Winter Park, then returned about two hours later. The service was exemplary. Dom was on time and very courteous. When we realized he didn't have the right size hitch for my trailer, we decided he would hitch the trailer to my truck and he would drive it. This arrangement worked perfectly. The traffic at that time of day was very heavy, but Dom maneuvered the rig with calm and precision. I have never driven the rig myself nor do I want to and very much appreciated Don's help. I highly recommend St. Mary Towing.

He worked around my schedule that I gave him and I give him props for managing to tow my 1in off the ground lowered car with no problems. I have a Pontiac G6 that needed to be taken to a mechanic shop. That was my first experience having my car towed. Dom was awesome. He was very friendly and was beyond helpful. He stayed in communication with me the whole time letting me know when he was coming and how far away he was. I never take my time to write a review online, but this was well worth it. If anyone wants to make sure this is a great company, I can promise you their customer service is 100%.
Let me start about by saying Dom is awesome! My car broke down and Dom took care of me from the tow to the repair. I'm a student at Full Sail University and everything was super convenient. I would not only recommend Dom for his mechanical and technical skills but I would recommend Dom because he genuinely cares about the work that he does and the people he helps. It's not just about the repair or the money it's about making sure Dom's customers are happy.
Had my car break down, called Dom and St. Marys because it was the first one to come up and I'll call him every time from here on out. Showed up quicker than Triple AAA ever would and then even spent time looking at the car to make sure the tow was necessary. He also diagnosed the issue immediately and offered to fix it that night. It was already 8 at night too. If you ever break down and need a tow, look no further then Dom and St. Marys towing.
I already left a review for the towing service and I wish google would let me leave another review. Like I said earlier Dom had offered to fix my problem there and then, but I just wanted to get home. A few days later I decided I would call Dom back and give him a chance to fix the car, he just seemed so down to earth I figured why not. He came right to me, was there in about 20 minutes and then only took 40 minutes to fix the issue. He bought the parts on his way and kept all the receipts so I knew what exactly I was paying for. He had told me on the phone what he would charge to fix the problem and he stuck to that price, even though it took a little more work than expected. I saved his number in my phone and no doubt I will call him if any future problems arise on my van.
Without a doubt the best towing experience I have ever had. Dom was more than willing to assist me with my transmission-less car while other companies didn't want to bother. He was timely, and cut me the best deal. Not to mention my car is slammed, and he did it with ease. Definitely recommended and will be using him again.
Just an update, transmission came in , so of course, I called Dom. My car was towed back to my auto shop and dropped off in less than an hour!!!! Doesn't get any better than that. This man takes care of his customer's without a doubt, just be sure to take care of him. ; )
